Since using these modalities, my blood pressure is phenomenal (Doc said so;), and my resting heart rate has dropped, as well as my breaths per minute! I think when you're getting compression therapy on your legs you'd rather just have some nice soothing atmosphere instead of something like that. Not that they weren't nice people, they were very nice but I came there to unwind and relax. it's a clean place with very nice decor and the equipment looks state of the art. Overall I would say there may be benefits to a place like this but I would never know because I'm not going back. The place was far away, the parking was not convenient, and my overall experience was negative unfortunately because I know it could've been positive if it was played right. Class seemed a little easy at first, though it was my first time doing Tower Pilates (I have Reformer Pilates experience). Little did I know what a KILLER the leg exercises would be!!!! I was struggling to keep up with the routine a little bit, but that is always an indicator of a good workout for me. The instructor was also extremely attentive, performing the different exercises with us and walking around the studio to correct form. It's a small, intimate space but I like that the mood lighting and heightened attention to students adds to the experience. If was a very clean, well thought out space as well! I personally attended the studio through classpass, so I can't comment on the regular pricing, but I believe my class was 13 credits for a beginner/foundations level Tower pilates class. (13 credits is a lot for one class but I'm on the free trial of Classpass, so again, no comment!) This studio is also located in Bell Labs, which makes for a nice atmosphere before and after the class to check out other places in the area. I'm glad i got the chance to try this studio out!

I saw Dr. Sairah Khokher three times for treatment of spider veins on the sides of my nose. During…read moremy first visit, a different laser than the one I had researched was used. Unfortunately, I saw no improvement. I returned for a second visit and told Dr. Khokher that my nose actually looked worse. Her response was, "If that's what you believe," which I found dismissive and rude. She treated the area again, but there was still no improvement. At my third appointment, I was told there wasn't time to numb the treatment area and that this would be the last time Dr. Khokher would treat me. After that procedure, my plastic surgeon evaluated my nose and told me I had laser burns. I am now paying out of pocket for corrective treatment, including a minor procedure to repair the damage. Between the outcome of my treatment and the way my concerns were handled, I cannot recommend Dr. Sairah Khokher based on my experience.
