While I was on my way there I contacted them to see if I needed to bring anything with me like a robe slippers ETC During a text exchange between me and associate there I was asked if I wanted to try the new client sampler I said why not figuring I might as well try what they have to offer while I was there. Unfortunately they sold me a sample of that they couldn't provide because the slim pod which is one of the major features of this place was not available for the entire day. I was told I can come back later and do it again but it's a long way from home and I didn't feel like that was nice. I paid the full amount and didn't get what I was sold. The staff is nice and friendly. But also the place is small so you can hear all the details of the private conversations including what they are ordering for lunch. I think when you're getting compression therapy on your legs you'd rather just have some nice soothing atmosphere instead of something like that. Not that they weren't nice people, they were very nice but I came there to unwind and relax. it's a clean place with very nice decor and the equipment looks state of the art. Overall I would say there may be benefits to a place like this but I would never know because I'm not going back. The place was far away, the parking was not convenient, and my overall experience was negative unfortunately because I know it could've been positive if it was played right. I texted the number that was offering me the services yesterday to explain this before I wrote this review. All I got was a robot answering me instead of a person selling me or helping me this time.

My husband and I were renewing our vows for our 20 year wedding anniversary- this was suppose to be in the Bahamas but due to COVID we had to change our plans. I didn't want to be stark white so I needed a little something - Alyssa took her time when doing the spray. She explained all the processes to me and made sure I knew exactly how to care for the spray tan after leaving her studio. She made me look very natural and not "fake" tan at all. I want…read moreto say that it was 20-24 credits, so quite a lot, but it was a very comfortable, high end cryo experience (and I've gone at several other facilities regularly in Northern NJ as a point of reference). They also have packages to buy, so if you don't have ClassPass-don't worry! They have at least 3-4 individual changing rooms (like you would in a spa-they have benches and robes and socks in the room and mirrors for when you get dressed again). The room with the chamber is nice-clean, aesthetically pleasing and they stay in there with you to monitor (if it gets to be to cold, etc). I really like that they played music during my session-it helped to pass the time. If cryo is what you're looking for in the Morristown area, this is the place to do it.

The staff here in Lawrenceville NJ is wonderful, very welcoming, and Olivia was very helpful in getting me through my first session. Also the place is spotless.
