However, in subsequent follow up appointments I found that the office staff screwed up on my last visit, and I was scheduled (I thought) for a shot (which I scheduled a month ago). When I got to the Manasquan office, I was told that my appointment was actually for 7/7, not 7/9. I had called repeatedly over the course of the month to find out if I could come in sooner or if someone else could give me the shot as I was in a lot of discomfort. No on both counts. I am currently looking for another orthopedic group if anyone has any suggestions.

I had a rotator cuff surgery prior to meeting him and while I am not anti-surgery, why enter in to the most dramatic repair possible, when there can be alternatives that make that unnecessary? I want to try to heal naturally, with some of his work ---and then my work after I leave. If none of it is helping....I can always move on to the orthopedist. However, I have never needed to move on! Every single thing I have suffered from....neck, hip, knee, shoulder.....fixed by Dr Tom! At 54 I began working with a personal trainer who sang his praises and referred to him as 'incredible'. I kept delaying a consult, because I had never been to a chiropractor and was a bit fearful of manipulations and all that jazz. I am so glad that I was eventually in pain sufficient to motivate me to make an appointment. His incredibly thorough questioning and examination of my muscles/joints/movement/strength helps inform his diagnosis...and within several appointments I am literally pain-free....for weeks or months. I have had him fit me for orthotics in my sneakers twice and they have been absolute game-changers. They arrived and fit perfectly and have changed my gait so that I never have hip pain anymore. I am now able to walk 2 miles a day with no discomfort. Dr Jones is a great educator, an incredible chiropractor/physical therapist/ physiologist wrapped up in one person-- and a professional, nice and kind person, to boot. My daughter has been to him, my husband has been to him. And recently when I was going on and on about my miracle worker, my friend looked up and said, "Are you talking about Tom Jones?!?!? I want to update my review of September 2025. I have spent the last seven months in Florida where…read morewe have a winter home. Doctor Glasser's procedure for me in New Jersey was 100% successful. However, I needed a second procedure in another area of the body after I left New Jersey. Dr. Glasser actually called me in Florida to check on me two months post procedure. No doctor does that!. I was in a great deal of pain having nothing to do with the area that she previously treated. It was bad enough (the pain,) that I could not fly to see her as I had planned and I had to rely upon a doctor in Delray Beach. While the doctor did the procedure--I had issues derived from the treatment. I decided that I wanted to wait to see Doctor Glasser in New Jersey--the most wonderful professional I have ever encountered-- rather than go back to the treating profession or another in Florida. I am scheduled to see her first week of June. To have this level of confidence in a physician with a painful issue--tells you the caliber of this wonderful person. Whatever she tells me when she sees me, she will be a sight for sore eyes. No one has ever cared this much. Can't wait to see this great doctor and I urge anyone in pain to contact this wonderful woman and this great practice. I hope anyone in pain will consider this post.
