I had a really interesting time here. it looked like a lot of the people really enjoyed it and I…read moredefinitely feel better than I did when I started. apparently there was a lot of confusion in terms of what my health care covered or did not cover and the office manager advised me she had spoken to my insurance provider a couple of times but when I'd follow up I'd get different intel from the insurance and they'd have no record of the office's call, or the chiro office would give me a name of a rep they spoke with and I'd ask for that rep and they'd say that no one by that name worked there. the office saw me anyway and worked with whatever coverage I could get which was nice but also felt like a lot of pressure bc I had to ask for a letter saying they promised not to turn around and charge me for the large amounts of money not reimbursed; this is smthg I haven't experienced before. also on my first visit I was given a super surprising and serious diagnosis when I thought I was just coming in for a tune up then the doctor had me watch a video that her colleagues later told me they'd never seen. I had to watch it in a room alone with the door closed and it was confusing why. the video was of the same doctor I was just meeting with explaining care options. but why did I have to watch a video when she was there? alone? so I stuck with it and then the doctor and her colleague just left and a new much younger very nice but totally new doctor was there and I never saw the diagnosing doctors again with no explanation. everyone is very nice and the acupuncturists especially Kevin are terrific and led me to a lot of healing. my P/T person was also very good at what she does. the office management in terms of billing and the disappearance of P/T staff and lead doctors (maybe they get rotated?? Idk) was disconcerting and I've since sought out new modalities for healing. I leave not knowing for sure if I am on my way to a better alignment but also since I left and exposed myself to more positive vibes in terms of not thinking of myself as having permanent whiplash the pain has curiously also stopped. so I am grateful for the wisdom I eked from passing through the space and again everyone else there being healed looked to feel super comfortable with how things ran. I've been to a few of these spaces and this was definitely the most holistic and upbeat. maybe if I could have afforded to do what the doctor originally prescribed I would have had a more clear cut experience with a graduation and a swag bag like other clients. I also think if they ask you to watch the video, and it doesn't feel right, don't do it. or at least ask why. and if the billing office says they spoke to yr insurance and yr insurance says they haven't, maybe don't hesitate to keep a record of who called when and who was spoken with. again, KEVIN in acupuncture was worth all the effort. health care is messy and it's hard to avoid being ping ponged in the middle of two high earning businesses .. this integrated space and the insurance company .. who ultimately are trying to make as much money as possible while also caring about people in pain.

friendly and helpful such sweet people always happy to greet and assist :). Dr Jess and all the…read moretechs are lovely and warm as well as their lovely front desk ladies who make changing appointments and payments easy. they help take care of you on a one to one level it's great!
