Started 2 weeks ago, 3 times a week. From the first visit I felt taller. I have had 2 serious injuries to my spine when I was 25 and 42. I hadn't been to a chiropractor for about 10 years, and at 63, the old injuries started to affect me again. Was having "pain attacks" that radiated from the rear waistband area, but went to the front thighs with heat. My doctor sent me a nerve specialist, and after an exam wanted to prescribe painkillers. Can't go that route. I was also bent off from doing anything physical. I was able to mow my lawn last week without any discomfort at all, and I didn't have to divide the chore into 2 parts because I was bent halfway over from pushing the mower. This is the 3rd chiropractor I've had in my life, so I'm not new at this. Turns out the part of the spine that controls the nerves in the front of the thighs he had identified as being out of line. Actually he found 7 vertebras out of line. So I've got lots of things to fix, but if this was as good as it's ever going to get, I'd be happy. I am so glad I found Dr Scott. I had serious pain in my foot and ankle from an injury in March of 2019. This was causing pain when I walked and it just wasn't getting better.
