However, in subsequent follow up appointments I found that the office staff screwed up on my last visit, and I was scheduled (I thought) for a shot (which I scheduled a month ago). When I got to the Manasquan office, I was told that my appointment was actually for 7/7, not 7/9. I had called repeatedly over the course of the month to find out if I could come in sooner or if someone else could give me the shot as I was in a lot of discomfort. No on both counts. I am currently looking for another orthopedic group if anyone has any suggestions.

Once in the treatment room he comes and states that he's "...very busy, as you can see, and I don't have a lot of time". I reminded him that I waited for over an hour. He went on to tell me "The Feds are not going to pay to have your knee fixed, because you're overweight". Only thing is, I have Horizon BC-BS PPO! Feds? What was he referring to? I could barely walk when I arrived, and I could barely walk when I left, not even so much as a suggestion as to what I might try, or might give me some relief. I went to another Ortho, got exactly what I needed, and extremely happy that he did not get any additional fees from BC-BS on my behalf. Bottom line, for whatever selfish, self-serving reasons, he did not want to help my situation...a "real medical professional"

Getting nervous that his football pre-conditioning will be starting soon we heard about Wes Ostrzycki from Elite in Wall. So glad we went. Within 6 weeks going twice a week he work out his knee, working it out harder each time and now hes football ready! Running jumping no pains. Matter a fact the work outs that my son went through actually helped with his balance. And he really like the process because he thinks at the end it made him stronger. Caroline the office manager is the most sweetest person. She has her job down beautifully. I'm big on customer service. And she has the best personality for working with patience with people and especially a mom with alot of questions and concerns. She helped with the insurance end of it. But in a fix, Use them for emergencies only. the front desk very helpful & DC very nice. X-ray technician have been all great.
