We've been with them for three months and so far, not a single complaint. I wanted to go with a small business where we'd have a more personal relationship and i got exactly what i was looking for.
I'll describe it a little since there isn't much information online (they're not a really tech-savvy operation, more of a "we've been doing this forever and it works fine, why make it more complicated" operation). The entire lot is fenced, and there's a manager who lives on-site. The parking lot gets muddy in inclement weather, but the units stay dry; they're stick-built on a sealed concrete slab, with roll-front doors, and there are a variety of sizes. Once we realized there was space to park large vehicles, we ended up renting a space for our trailer, too.
Sometimes if we call or email, we don't get a response right away, but the flip side is that they're flexible and actually gave us a few free days while we were moving in. The manager also stayed late once so we could unload when our day went haywire and we were later than we meant to be. I'd much rather just wait a day or two for a call than deal with people who can't go with the flow.
The prices are more than reasonable, the accessible hours are good, and no one has ever complained when we brought our dogs while loading/unloading (we kept them in the car and on leash, though, so keep that in mind). read more
