Will aka Billiam was the one who gave us our bid and also came out to do the work and I cannot stress enough how nice and professional he was. He explained the work thoroughly and in a way that was easy for us to get, he made sure to get a hold of me and explain if something had arisen and was able to walk my wife and I through what needed to change from our initial estimate and and he cleaned up after himself as well. He felt like a guy I'd want to hang out with outside of an instance like this and was very personable. He was quick and prompt at handling the work we initially called him out for. We have a lot going on in our lives and no one wants an unexpected cost like this to hinder their plans like this one almost did, not only was Andy's Pipe Dream and their technician Will well priced and willing to back up their work, the were also excellent to interact with and it helped make the process of spending this much money on a necessary expense like this with them a no brainer and eased our concerns. In the future we will be using them again for any issues we might need fixed.

My husband and I both grew up with parents who owned their own business, so when I saw that was the case for this one, I gave the number to my husband and he called at 17:09. Daniel answered immediately, said he was on a job, but would call within an hour. He called back at 17:27 to get our address and after a new compacitor our air is on within TWO HOURS of the initial call! THANK YOU DANIEL!!! You have our future business!

Alfonso showed up right on time with his helper, and they knocked out my needs-done list in under 3 hours. Not dirt cheap, but having already gotten other free estimates nearly double his, I was very pleased to get both needs done in one visit at a price I could afford. They also did a very good cleanup, so I didn't have to.

Paid $240 Upfront and the Job Is Still Not Finished…read more I hired Razo's Plumbing to replace an outside faucet while new siding was being installed on my house. The plumber came out and explained that he could not install the new faucet at that time because of the siding work. He removed the old faucet and told me he would come back to install the replacement. I paid $240 upfront for the job. Once I had the new 1/2-inch MIP faucet ready, I contacted him and sent him a picture. He told me, "I can stop by this Friday." Friday came and he did not show up. Since then, I have repeatedly texted asking when he is coming back. My messages have gone unanswered. It has now been two weeks, the job I paid for is still unfinished, and I am left trying to chase down the plumber just to get a response. I understand that schedules change. What I do not understand is taking full payment upfront, promising to return, not showing up, and then ignoring repeated messages from a customer. I have screenshots of the communication showing the promised return date and my multiple attempts to follow up. At this point, I simply want the job I paid $240 for completed or my money refunded. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Razo's Plumbing

Excellent Water Heater Replacement Experience…read more I couldn't be happier with my experience with KC Water Heaters. They replaced my water heater and did an excellent job from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent, and they left everything clean and in great shape.

Contacted the owner (Chase) on Christmas Eve(Sunday) after discovering no hot water and unable to light the pilot. Chase stated he would be here 9:00am Tuesday morning. After performing reviews on our current Whirlpool water heater, could not find a positive review for the unit, so decided no matter what the problem, would have a new one installed. Contacted Chase again to let him know to bring a new unit. Chase arrived on time and right off could tell he was very personable, professional and respectful of property. After going over the Whirlpool unit, he agreed it was time to install a new one. What gave me full confidence is his knowledge of the water heater unit operations, venting, chimney importance(flue through chimney) and root cause of the rust(and how to prevent it in the future) which had accumulated on top of the unit. Another factor was the expansion unit which was totally rusted, preventing water from entering. The goal of Chase's satisfaction was to make sure we were totally satisfied with the install, all questions answered and stepped us through the new unit controls, etc. He uses 'Bradford White' water heaters which are highly rated. Chase is a perfectionist, making sure the unit is level, good drainage and secured a couple copper lines which had broken away from the rafter. I will recommend 'KC Water Heaters' to anyone knowing Chase is the template by which all business owners should follow in 'outstanding' customer service. UPDATE: Last month(12/2025), noticed some water dripping from the overflow valve. Contacted Chase to explain the issue. He came out the next day in the morning and replaced the valve at no cost. After checking the main house water pressure, it was right at 80 which is considered high that may have contributed to the leaky valve. Chase reduced the pressure and everything is working fine. Even after two years, KC Water Heaters provides exceptional customer service.

If you're considering Mission Plumbing for a major plumbing project, my advice is simple: don't…read moreexpect communication, scheduling, or project management to be their strong suit. Our project involved replacing deteriorated cast iron drain piping beneath our kitchen and basement. The plumbing work appears to have been completed correctly, but getting there was one of the most frustrating contractor experiences we've had. The problems started on day one. I took a day off work because our project was scheduled to begin that morning. Instead, we were told the necessary equipment wasn't available, so the work had to be postponed. While disappointing, I understood that things happen and agreed to reschedule. Unfortunately, that set the tone for the rest of the project. Appointments were repeatedly delayed or rescheduled. Crews arrived hours after their scheduled arrival window without anyone calling to let us know. Several times we had to contact Mission ourselves just to find out if anyone was actually coming. We received different explanations from different people, and there never seemed to be clear communication between the office, management, and the field crews. The estimate created another major source of frustration. The original proposal left us with a different understanding of what work would actually be performed. Once excavation began, additional problems were discovered, and we completely understood that additional work and additional cost might be necessary. That wasn't our concern. Our concern was that the revised estimate was so vague that we still couldn't get a clear explanation of exactly what work we were paying for. When you're approving thousands of dollars in additional work, the scope should be clearly documented and easy to understand. Throughout the project, it felt like we were managing the job instead of the company. My husband and I found ourselves coordinating between the office, management, and the field crew just to understand the schedule, clarify the scope of work, and keep the project moving. That should never be the customer's responsibility. The repeated scheduling issues also caused significant disruption to our daily lives. We repeatedly adjusted our schedules and prepared our home for crews that either arrived hours late or didn't arrive when expected. The uncertainty made an already stressful plumbing project much more frustrating than it needed to be. To the company's credit, management eventually became involved, apologized for the experience, and made a significant adjustment to our final bill after determining that part of the originally proposed work was no longer necessary. We appreciated that because it was the right thing to do. I also want to point out that every employee who came to our home was courteous and respectful. My criticism is not directed at the technicians themselves. It is directed at the company's communication, scheduling, estimating process, and project management. No customer should have to repeatedly call to find out where the crew is, receive conflicting information from different employees, or involve multiple people just to get a project completed. The plumbing work appears to have been completed correctly, and the efforts made at the end of the project to resolve our concerns are the reason this is a three-star review instead of two. Mission Plumbing has good employees. The company simply needs better communication, better scheduling, clearer estimates, and better coordination. If those areas improve, I believe the overall customer experience would improve dramatically.

Don't use Mission Plumbing and HVAC:…read more Have had 4 techs come in the last two weeks from Mission after the system de-iced and started cooling again. Today was another occasion and after 3 1/2 hours I called Mission to verify they were coming and they said "45 min". In the meantime I called Anthony Plumbing and HVAC and they showed up shortly thereafter. I know HVAC from my father and am an engineering graduate. The previous 4 times with technicians from Mission Plumbing and HVAC Put refrigerant gauges on the system, took the reading and said "good to go". No actions actually performed. I bought the monthly service plan even though I Couldn't be more disappointed with the tech's knowledge and skill. A gentleman from Anthony showed up and took the time to understand the issues and actually fix the problem by doing this: There are issues before the unit freezing up initially I suspected a blower intermittent failure, but then after kicking it on and checking everything else downstairs with the furnace noticed that the stage 2Y2 was not hooked up for the cooling side, as there is only a single stage AC outside, but the wires were not transversed for high Cool for the low stage due to it being only a single stage. It should've been swapped during the install. It was not. I was able to switch the wires on the board so high Cool is engaging as soon as AC starts and pressures and temperatures look great we are nowhere near freezing vapor saturation is sitting right between 45 and 46 because it is warm in the home temp drop is sitting between 18° 17°. It should be more down to 15 to 16 but it's because it is warmer in the home. We're gonna have a little bit higher temp drop airflow is good static pressures within 5.5 inches of static column inches of water column static airflow is doing very good filters. Good dampers are open shutting basement dampers to push more air upstairs. Refrigerant pressure is outside are looking good. Everything is dead on at this time.
