I had a hard time getting Doug to provide the estimate and he explained the delay was due to a personal issue. He gave me two prices for two depths, but did not give a detailed estimate. During the phone call to figure out what he sent me he explained the prices and told me they both included the garage. I told him to go with the higher depth, but don't do the garage. He told me it would knock $75 to $100 off the price. Great. Do it. The installers had a bill for the higher price. Like an idiot I went ahead and paid it because I did not want to hold them up on getting home. Tried to contact Doug to resolve this, but he would not return calls or e-mails. Called office and got Brenda (I think that was the name). Very nice and apologized for the problem. I asked if she was going to ignore me like Doug did. PROMISED she would resolve by end of day. That was over a month ago and still nothing. Despite being nice on the phone she blew me off and kept the money. Worse, I referred them to a neighbor and they did a poor job for him that cost him additional to have another company fix. I've used this company for years for several projects of different types. Never again.

The gentlemen who came out to do the installation were very friendly and professional. They left my house in the same condition of cleanliness as they found it. I am excited to see the effect it has on our energy costs. We had multiple companies out for quotes, and Daniel was by far the most thorough in assessing our unique attic situation and coming up with the best plan for our home. He took his time explaining everything and answering my many questions. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process! Bobby and Caleb did a great job with the install! They took before and after photos of everything so that I could see what was done. We are very impressed! If we ever decide to update more of our insulation, we will definitely be using A+ again!

He looked the situation over closely and told me what I needed and gave me the name of a company that does that type of work. My neighbor asked for his opinion on her situation and he said her guttering was too small for the volume of water. He sent a crew out four days later and completed the job for her. One of the crew members noticed something had been done wrong by another company when he got up on the roof. She is going to have Eldon and Sons correct that before it becomes a bigger issue. I also had two replacement windows go bad. I called Jerry at Eldon and Sons and he ordered the replacements which were installed the day they did my neighbor's guttering job. No charge. No hassle. They were glad to take care of the problem. If all businesses related to construction and otherwise did business the way Eldon and Sons does, there would be a lot more happy homeowners. Too often I hear nightmare stories about home repair companies and I cringe. I never hestitate to refer anyone to Eldon and Sons. That includes my fellow yelpers!
