First timer and I'll for SURE be back!!!…read more I love massages and this place was amazing. I was greeted so nicely by the owner. The private room was so clean. My massage therapist was TOM and he was absolutely amazing. He checked on the pressure and adjusted if I needed, he focused on areas I needed work on and also did my pressure points. I am pretty particular and I don't like someone to just soft touch massage and he did not disappoint. He was awesome!!!!

I drove in from out of state, and me and my adult daughter wanted to get a much needed muscle work. I called beforehand to make sure they had availability, and we were greeted pleasantly. However, as soon as the woman began my session, I felt like I was getting abused. She was not gently at all. It was more like rough pushing, way too hard even though I said medium pressure. She flung the sheet over me without care. She was also sick because she had to leave the room to hack up her coughing and drink water. This was not what I wanted or needed. Not worth the price either. The next 2 days, my upper back and spine was bruised. I should have filed a complaint, but hope this message speaks for itself. So disappointed and hurt.

This spot was recommended to me by a coworker. It's located in a weird little strip mall and decent inside, the person that did, my treatment was excellent! Massage was great. The Banya was very interesting and then the mud mask afterwards was luxurious. The reason why I'm only giving it four stars is because it's very pricey. I found this spa through Groupon and booked a couple's massage for my partner's birthday. When I initially called to confirm the booking (since I hadn't selected a specific date on Groupon), there seemed to be some confusion about how the Groupon reservation worked. We did end up getting a time on the calendar over the phone. However, on the day of our appointment when we arrived, we were told after going back and forth in person that we didn't actually have anything scheduled. We then had to reschedule on the spot for about an hour and a half later based on their availability, so we left and came back at the new time. When we arrived again, we had the wait for about 20 minutes. The couple's massage setup was not what we expected--we were placed in separate spaces with a curtain between us, whereas in past experiences at other spas, couples massages have always been in the same room. The Groupon also listed four add-ons, but we only received two during the service. The front desk explained that we would receive those add-ons. During the massage, I noticed that she only did two of the add-ons. We didn't argue and just finished the appointment as scheduled. Unfortunately, the massage itself was disappointing for both of us. My massage therapist seemed to focus more on areas that weren't tense and applied pressure in a way that felt more on bone than muscle. I left with soreness rather than relief, and I also developed headaches afterward, which is not typical for me after a massage. My partner also shared that his massage did not feel properly targeted or effective. Another concern was that my massage therapist appeared to be unwell during the session, coughing and heavily breathing throughout. At one point, she had to step out briefly. Shortly after returning home, I began feeling sick with a fever and have been unwell for about a week since. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with the experience and would not return or recommend based on my personal visit.
