Keith is the man. He has been helping us for years with quality carpet cleaning. His prices are good and his service is great. And he has an incredible attitude and work ethic. If you need carpets cleaned or your upholstery cleaned, no sense looking elsewhere -- just call Keith. read more

Keith is the best. Responsive and great work ethic. Easy to talk to and does great work. Highly recommend.

I had really high hopes for this! Our 8x10, low-pile rug had a pet accident on it (and hadn't been washed in the entire year we've had it) so decided to have it professionally cleaned. Keith was super responsive and I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to pick it up within the day I texted! He said he wouldn't be able to clean it day of, but that was totally ok- he promised it within two days. It was because he couldn't clean it outside our apartment since the security wouldn't let him (otherwise I think he might've been able to do it same-day), so he said he'd need to take it back to his place, which I was ok with. So we handed it to him on a Wednesday and got it back Friday. When we got it back, underneath the rug was MUCH, much more dirty than when we handed it over (pictures attached). He said it was because he had to do it on a driveway? But I feel like as a business owner, I wouldn't be able to give it back in basically a worse condition than when I received it. The smell of our pet was still there (it wasn't a territory marking or anything either, it wasn't a big deal), and maybe a few dirt spots from the driveway might've been fine, but it was literally all across the underside of our carpet. There were scuffs on the back too which leads me to think that the driveway may have been rough or what he used on there to brush it was super abrasive. And just to clarify, our rug has always been in our living room- the underside was spotless to begin with. So basically, we had to wash the rug IN OUR BATHTUB several times (and you can see with the water in the tub how dirty it still was), dry it out on our patio by moving our plants around so it can fit the rug, and then when it was almost dry, we took it to a cleaning place to have it done. So there you have it- unfortunately can't recommend this to anyone else. The physical labor we had to do by soaking the rug in water, wringing it, taking it to the balcony, taking it to the cleaners- it was a nightmare. read more

Keith is amazing! Glad I found him here on Yelp and he's the best. I called yesterday and said he had the next day available. He's punctual and is such a pleasant person! Rates are good and he works hella fast. He's been in the business for 35 years and it shows in the quality of his work. He did such a great job that our carpet turned into a shade of blue I've never seen before since we moved in 3 years ago. It smells so clean and good now plus it's nice to not worry about dust allergies for the next few months. You don't want to call anybody else but him if you want your carpet cleaned! TIP: When you do, make sure you either have a space saved for his truck in front of your apartment building/house or in your garage (whichever is available and closest to your place) because he needs to run a hose line from it. He was able to clean our unit and we were on the second floor & facing the street. He parked right in front of the apartment and ran his industrial cleaning equipment from the truck and into the apartment. read more

Keith is friendly, dependable, professional, and he did an awesome job cleaning the carpets for a small 2b2b apartment I have in Alhambra. We needed our 3-year-old dirty carpet cleaned and Keith was able to squeeze us in the same weekend. He was courteous on the phone and extremely helpful. He quoted us per room and the price was very reasonable for the kind of equipment/supply he brought and the effort he dedicated to our place. He showed up right on time for the appointment, has top of the line equipment that he brought with him and hooked up to his van. Everything was set up professionally and swiftly. The whole process including the set-up, pre-soak, shampooing/scrubbing took about 2 hours. He gave us tips on moving furniture, putting our pets away, and waiting for the carpets to dry. His equipments and supply are really effective and yet not harmful to our pets. He was meticulous, pointed out the tough spots to us, and taught us how to maintain our carpet between washes. We have 3 cats and a dog that is not exactly toilet trained. You can look at the pictures to see the difference his diligent cleaning made. Keith was a joy to have around as well. It's great to have someone friendly and reliable like Keith in the neighborhood that does such a great job with our carpets. We will be returning to him every year and referring to him to our friends in the area. Give him a try to see what we are taking about! read more

If I could give 6 stars I would! Keith did such a wonderful job that I came here to leave a review immediately after he left. I have been researching for a good carpet cleaning company and eventually decided on Keith because he offers the best price and has good reviews. I called today and he was able to accommodate me the same day! And he did such a wonderful job with the carpet cleaning that it looks as if it's brand new! Plus he is just a nice and genuine person in general. I will be doing all my future carpet cleaning with Keith. read more

Keith is always responsive, friendly and on time and he does an amazing job! Would recommend 100%.

After getting a quote from a few carpet cleaners we settled on Keith. He was willing to move furniture and charged by the room (rather then by square footage like one other cleaner which was confusing). Also he was available next day rather than the 2-3 days it would take with the other cleaners. He arrived promptly at the designated time, was friendly and did a great job. Would definitely use him again the next time we need a cleaning. read more

He is amazing amazing at cleaning carpets! He could charge triple his rate and it would be a fair price

Keith is awesome! Called yesterday around 4PM to see if he could come in and clean an old vintage couch and a vintage silk rug. He was able to come in between 10-11AM the next day and showed up around 10:30! He quoted me about $100 for both over the phone (which is way under what other people had quoted me after asking for photos, more details, etc.) My rug was in storage and I had forgotten to do a deep dive and get it out so he only did my couch which was no problem for him. Keith was super professional, friendly, and thorough (but quick!). At one point, he had to leave move his truck and come back and was blocked out by another service vehicle. Turns out, the owner was an old contractor he had worked with years ago! It was a funny story that also acted as a testament to how well Keith knows the area and is known and trusted by other professionals in the industry. I'll definitely be reaching out to him to do the rug once I move again in March :) read more

My dad decided it was time for carpet cleaning the entire house since we haven't gotten one in a while. He yelped (my father might be more hip than me soon) and found Dedicated Carpet Cleaning with good reviews. The quoted price we received was the amount we paid. Keith was professional and let us know what he was doing. Most of what he needs is in his van. The one star deduction was for time.. We had scheduled Keith for 10:00am. It was great he called to inform us he was going to be running late (cleaning at another house), however he should allocate some safety time for instances like this. Overall, he did a great job - would hire Keith whenever another cleaning is needed. read more

He's super friendly and even reassures us that our pets will be safe with the cleaning tools. I am super lucky that this was the first place I called and that it's everything I needed and more.
