The man on the phone was knowledgeable, knew what I was after, took my number and said he'd get back to me. Not a half hour later, he called me with a competitive price. I asked about shipping costs for the quantity I needed. He had to check but he called me back, again less than half an hour, with a quote that with a huge reduction in shipping to their Madison location. That level of service is refreshing these days.
