We had a blast! My husband and I took our three teenagers and their girlfriends. We enjoyed the multiple room experience for a change as we have done multiple escape rooms all over the country. It was very well run and we had a great time!

Best escape room we have done, and we have done well over 500 of them. Great puzzles, and our game master was amazing!

More challenging then our last locked room adventure. Nicely done, too bad we didn't succeed. We'll definitely be back.

Had a blast. Very well thought out by very passionate owners. This was my first escape room. I suspect I'll be back to try Part 3.

There were several tricky clues, but we were able to figure it out. We truly enjoyed the challenge and the theme. We did escape the room, with about 9 minutes to spare. WOOHOO! The employee that assisted us was Isaac. He was very helpful, friendly, and informative. Thanks to him, our experience was great. I recommend coming here with a group of people to have fun! As a fan of trivia, riddles, and the old-fashioned scavenger hunt, I was excited to try my grey matter at breaking out of an escape room. How hard could it be? Like the rooms themselves, the answer is not always straightforward. We were "locked" into the Ringmaster's Den with one hour to solve the puzzles that would provide us clues to crack our way out. Immediately upon entering the room, we began scouring every square inch and quickly got several good leads. The room itself was true to the theme - colorful fabric draped from the ceiling like the big top of a circus, and circus-themed items abounded, whether or not they provided clues. Circus music played in the background as we worked feverishly to break out way out in record time. It seemed that the clock speeded up as we approached the end of our time and tried several combinations to get our way out. We ended up being successful, and we got the photo at the end to prove it! I've tried several escape rooms, and I enjoyed the organized setup, the immersing themes, and the challenging hints that this one provided. For your next night out with friends where you want to do something a bit out of the ordinary, break out of your rut with a night at Breakout Escape Rooms!

A difficult start for us, would have helped if we looked a little closer at a couple things. One clue we didn't even see right away even after she told us where to look. The black light is a fun aspect that definitely requires teamwork! Lots of interesting puzzles, such as number locks, keys, codes. We got stuck several times. One step we got stuck on, probably from us pressing buttons too fast or something, so Allison had to play the audio over the speaker. There was one other object we had some issues with because we didn't rotate it enough before setting the correct locations for the item. She actually had to pause the time and come check it out to see why we weren't getting the next step unlocked. We had just enough time to stop the train! Overall, great room, great use of group work at times. We found it helpful to have a cell phone note app open to make a list of items at times, otherwise you're definitely yelling from room to room for multiple steps. Allison was definitely helpful making sure we got through successfully when we got too stumped on what to do. We all had a great time.

If you exceed the grace period they will start your game timer. That's fair but not even the case in this situation. Instead our host decided that she would assert her authority as an escape room nazi. Less than one minute in we were scolded for not paying attention to the video. It is apparently against their rules to look around the room and god forbid, don't touch anything before that video ends! That wasn't my experience the last 3 times at this location, but okay we just laughed it off. Later my daughter was yelled at for picking up candles. "Don't touch the candles, they are not part of the game!" Oh, no, someone vaped. Another scolding. This is going to be a long 45 minutes. When we asked for the first clue the response was, "You are not there yet." We had to ask again for some sort of guidance, please. Pretty please? I did not pay $170 to be yelled at and beg for clues. They ended the game with 1:30 left on the timer. We let ourselves out. When I asked the lady at the desk to please tell me the name of the host, I was immediately met with confrontation. "Is this about the vaping?" No, I respect that, this is about the host's poor attitude and complete lack of customer service. She still refused to give her name -actually said it's confidential but a good host introduces themselves to their guests, right? Now I'm told her rude behavior was justified because we started the game before watching the video when we were specifically told not to! I'm a bit taken aback by this response. Not only were my concerns completely dismissed but now I am being scolded again! By this time I've gone from annoyed to irritated. Long story short, the staff ruined what should have been a fun experience. The game was fun, challenging and well designed with interesting props but the Manager, Morgan and the host, Allison could benefit from basic customer service training. The lady who refused to give the name of the host was the manager and instead of acknowledging my concern, she accused us of wrong doing. It was bizarre. Don't waste your money here. There are plenty of other escape rooms, some with staff who actually enhance your experience and management that knows how to handle customer feedback professionally.

We had a party of four today and we did the room "Under Pressure". We were greeted quickly and got to the room a few minutes before our reservation. The rules were made clear and the game was well explained by the in person host and pre recorded video. We were told that this was one of the more difficult rooms and we didn't make a lot of progress during the first 20 minutes, but once we got into a rhythm, we began to solve puzzle after puzzle until we were ultimately able to "escape". This is a great thing as I've been rooms operated by other companies that were very convoluted and not explained very well and we'd spend an exorbitant mount of time trying to solve puzzles that were not well thought out or looking at areas of the room which were not meant to be of any help. We even skipped one puzzle because we were able to escape without it... we cleverly circumvented it by maybe reading too much into one aspect of the global key to escape, and the employee that was watching us said that she'd never seen anyone solve puzzle B without first solving puzzle A, so that was kind of cool! And that's not a knock on the design of the room; we just figured that one part of puzzle B meant that we had to do a certain series of steps and we happened to be right and that gave us the information that allowed us to go on to the next step. I've got the bug now and I want to do more rooms and when we do, we're absolutely coming back to this location!
