Once back there, you get to pick your items off this shelf along with a bucket of things to break and destroy. There were 2 rage rooms, both dimly lit. The rules are pretty easy to follow. It's not the biggest room, but it's not a janitor closet either. The cherry on top for me was when I was told that I could play whatever music I wanted inside the rage room at whatever volume I desired! I had a playlist ready and set to go, and blasted it as I crushed away every ounce of stress. I did leave there with a few small cuts and bruises due to the glass popping back at me. And I did have to do a little surgery on the bottom of my shoes too since a few pieces of glass got stuck. Nothing major. Overall, I left happy.

My partner and I came here on a Friday night and did the witching hour. It was a fairly busy location but clean with friendly staff. The room was pretty hard but doable with two people. We escaped with only a few mins left though and we used 3 hints! Our game master did give some hints without us asking a couple times which isn't a big deal but I do try to do it with the least amount of hints as possible so I don't feel like we really did it with only three. There is one gender neutral bathroom that was decently clean (before 7 teen boys used it ). Location is good with lots of parking and other activities next door.

The facilitator was professional, helpful, and even gave us a team debrief afterwards so we were able to learn about all the puzzles and our team dynamic. I do feel like I didn't get to see about half of the tasks though because of it. The room was well-decorated as well. The Meh: There were no fun surprises, no additional rooms, and actually no escaping...just 12 puzzles that you either finish or don't. They don't give you a clue option either which we thought was odd if you're really stuck on a puzzle. (They had a very time-intensive Alphabet puzzle we spent way too much time on.) My friends and I did the Houdini escape room. The only feedback I'd give is we got a little too many hints where we didn't feel as challenged. We still had 15 minutes left when we were done, so it would have made a greater experience to struggle a bit. Otherwise, a great escape room to try!

And for the first time I escaped an escape room, it took about an hour and I did use the 3 clues we were allotted (2 people).
