Came here for some birthday stress relief, and it was well worth it! You pay for whatever package you want, and then you get guided to the rage room area. Once back there, you get to pick your items off this shelf along with a bucket of things to break and destroy. There were 2 rage rooms, both dimly lit. The rules are pretty easy to follow. It's not the biggest room, but it's not a janitor closet either. The cherry on top for me was when I was told that I could play whatever music I wanted inside the rage room at whatever volume I desired! I had a playlist ready and set to go, and blasted it as I crushed away every ounce of stress. I did leave there with a few small cuts and bruises due to the glass popping back at me. And I did have to do a little surgery on the bottom of my shoes too since a few pieces of glass got stuck. Nothing major. Overall, I left happy. read more

We had a birthday party for a 12 year old. 5 kids (8 to 12 years old) and 1 adult were able to solve the beginner room Lost In Space. It was the perfect balance of challenge and fun for the group. The areas are a good size for everyone to be able to contribute so it didn't feel like 1 person was always taking over. The banquet room was a great option with pizza (impressed with the quality) and pop from zap zone next door. Caitlyn our host was a great help and set us up for a great game with lots of excitement. I've done more than 20 escape rooms and this one (Lost In Space) was average. The room itself was pretty well decorated and the puzzles were ok. One of the openings didn't open correctly and they had to stop our time and tell us what we should've seen. We lost several minutes and they never restarted our time. The ending was very anticlimactic. read more

Did the 3D circus. The room itself was pretty fun. It was creepy but cool at the same time. But the ending was very anticlimactic. We exited into the hallway that we came in from. No music or message to let us know we were done. Time kept running. We thought we missed something and couldn't figure it out. We have wallow talkies and asked the person helping us. They said no, you're done and then gave us direction to the lobby. And said we are good to go. Kinda lame ending. Not even a sign that you can take a pic w that says how much time you had left. Might try a dif location to see if the experience is better bc I liked the actual game. read more

I have done now over 50 escape room and design them now myself and decided to give this place another chance. We loved the lost in space and the it's alive. The bank heist was ok also. Definitely need more than 3 people for that one. Their decor is always over the top and game master is great. We did the Alcatraz maximum security room and it felt like the zombie one. Horrible game flow. It started so well but the end didn't make sense. Too many clues out near end that you can't use and only one of those will allow you to move forward in game flow. Also didn't like that they used the exact same puzzle multiple times and had one clue out to confuse guest and make them waste time on wrong puzzle. read more

We did the bank heist. With four people it was very challenging and fun. The host / cashier guy was cool and fun. The bathroom is rinky-dink and could use an update, and the lobby is way too small when there is more than one group waiting to sign in. While we were in our room, we could hear the action going on in other rooms too. At times it was distracting but it also added to the fun atmosphere of the whole adventure. Overall, I give it a great recommendation and look forward to trying the other escape rooms. read more

So, in over 200 plus escape games under my belt, this is by far one of the WORST companies to play. ild Puzzles from old rooms were not taken out when they got returned. The game we played was Alcatraz themed online, with the idea of having to escape out of the prison. We did escape the room, but there was a weird zombi theme added into the game play at least 3 old puzzles were not used in the game play, but installed in the game from former use. There are other rooms in that area that are on our top 10 games we have ever played, but they are not at this facility. Please do not patron this company as they are only here for your money, and don't care about your experience. Nothing was even offered as a guest recovery once the complaints were brought up to the staff. Apparently that's just how they just do business. read more

The room we booked was the Bank Heist. I have been to many Escape Rooms and this one was very sub-par. The layout and the design of the room was nice, it had appeal and it wasnt just a regular old room with random clues here and there. There was a little too much randomness between the lock boxes and clues unfortunately. Any time we needed a clue we had to go through at least 5 minutes trying to explain to the host where we were or what part we are on which was a big waste of time. 40 minutes in and we were at a complete stand still. Took us 10 minutes to explain to the host where we were and he still didnt understand so he finally came into the room. He then told us that the room had not been laid out the correct way and there was something missing. for $30 dollars a person, missing a piece of the puzzle is unacceptable. Nothing was done for us and they just went on with their day as if this happens on the daily. I do NOT recommend you going here. read more

We had so much fun in the Lost in Space one!! In these COVID times it's nice to go somewhere and play in the room alone. We didn't run into any other customers just went straight to our room. Very safe option for getting out the house. My family recently went to the Escape Room. This was our first time doing one of these. Sean, our Game Master, made it an easy start for us. We played the Lost In Space room, and found it to be challenging and fun. Sean gave us a few hints to help us along and we were able to complete it in just under an hour. We will remember this one for a long time. Highly recommend this for families! read more

If I could give this a solid 3.5 -I would. We did the Lost in Space Room. Half the group had did an escape room once before. The other half had not so essentially a bunch of newbies. The good:challenging but fun for beginners, room decor, props all fit the theme well The bad: They are seriously understaffed. So pack your patience. The young man helping us, he had to check-in guests, set-up rooms and give hints all simultaneously. We arrived on-time but didn't get into our room until 15 minutes past our start time (so we were waiting 30 minutes) which put our dinner reservations at risk. I only saw one other employee and I don't know what she was doing-she didn't check in anyone. The lobby was full of about 5 groups waiting. My recommendation:Pack your patience and don't schedule anything right after your visit. The rating is for the late start and delayed response when asking for a hint. These were the only frustrating parts of the experience. read more

I proposed to my then girlfriend (now fiancee!) at Escape Room Zone and she was completely surprised when the last clue was her ring. This was in large part made possible by Sean, who went above and beyond to make this happen. He strategized with me to ensure the game would go as planned, kept me updated with new ideas about where to hide the ring, and even gave me his personal number in case I had any issues. He closely kept an eye on our game the entire time, despite other games taking place simultaneously, to make sure we were on track, and it couldn't have gone better. Worst escape room ever. Staff was almost non existent. When we would have trouble we would call for help and they would tell us to hold on or wait. When we walked in nobody even talked to us before we began our room until about 1 minute prior. Then they made us wait another 20 minutes before we started. They had the heat to about 90 degrees. Just an awful time and a waste of money. read more

This escape room was the worst one I have ever been to. We walked into the building which was packed and it took the staff members at least 15 minutes to acknowledge us after we checked in. Our room time was 915 and we did not get started until ten minutes after that. We asked for multiple clues and at one point was told to hold on and no one ever got back to us. It took us over a half hour to get out of the mini room. We spent $30 a person and there was five of us. Spending that amount of money for an hour should mean we have a staff member actually assigned to our room and paying attention. Not one staff member came in the room when our time was up or even acknowledged us when we walked out. Quite a horrible experience. read more

We had a fun time. There were only the 4 if us for the mad scientist escape room. We thought is was a but run down, but it is to be expected if it is used often. The clues were hard enough, but not impossible. There was a walkie talkie to help you get clues if needed. I can't remember the gall who was our clue master, but she was fun and helped us out! First yelp is stupid and you shouldn't use it. Now to the review. We did 2 rooms yesterday and didn't really enough either. Their communication system was poor. Also their difficulty rating on their website wasn't discernible. The rooms weren't really fluid and the solving of the clues weren't intuitive. They have 17 rooms currently between all their locations. We've only played 2 but maybe the other rooms are better. I will likely try other rooms in the future and may be able to update my review read more

The Haunted Room was fun. I took a young lady that I am mentoring here as a teamwork exercise. While I enjoyed the activity, I have to say it is a bit over priced. $25 pp is cost prohibitive, and a bit much when you consider what you get. The process was difficult to follow at times, but thankfully the attendant was there to give clues along the way. I Think they should adapt lower midweek pricing somewhere between $10-$15 pp. read more

We formed a group of 9 as a birthday celebration and were all pretty disappointed. When the organizer called, she was steered to the "Bank Heist" room which was too small for 9 participants and didn't make any sense to us. There was no continuity - the few times we were able to figure out a clue we had no idea which drawer/safe/door/cubby to which it applied. Some were so obscure that even when the "host" told us how to break the code we couldn't come close to unlocking the answer. After talking to other friends who have done Escapes, we were pretty excited to try it, but this particular room was not fun at all. Frustrating. Maybe another theme room would have worked better. Or maybe, if the clues were in a specific order we could have worked our way through the heist. Also, the props were not in very good shape. Our host was friendly and responsive, but with defective walkie-talkies and impossible puzzles, we were "clueless." read more
