There are few things I love more than solving a good puzzle or riddle. Clueless Escape Rooms offers just that, as one clue leads to another and you work with your group to come to an answer, all within an hour. This was my first experience with an Escape Room, after a friend had done one the weekend before and suggested we all get together and do one this weekend. I was game! We booked our spot and looked forward to that evening. After arriving about 15 minutes early (recommended, so you can get the lay of the land and sign in), we were escorted to our appointed room. We were unsure of where exactly to start, and the host offered us a clue on the TV screen to get us going. As the saying goes "And they're off!" We feverishly sorted the clues, unlocked drawers, and solved riddles to lead us to our next hint. All the while the clocked ticked down on the TV screen and we requested hints as we needed them. With just minutes to spare, we cracked the last clue -- the feeling of accomplishment was shared by everybody in the room! This escape room is definitely one to check out. The game that is set up is not impossible but will require you using your brain and it will help to have more people. We've done Clueless multiple times with friends and family. Every time we come there there is a new room. The new desolate island one is super cool with sand on the floor. The medical one is really cool we got close to solving it but didn't. None of us can figure out the candy one! We got halfway there! I'd love to give clues it's always such a fun time. I can't wait to go back again soon. They're also keeping us very safe during Covid and cleaning rooms after we finish and they reset the room for the next party. Loved our experience! We went to the escape room for my birthday with a group of 7 friends. First we were late because of dinner taking longer than expected. The staff at Clueless were very kind and accommodating by letting us start 20 min late. Second the room was really fun! We did solve the room and save Tony ( with an extra 12 minutes and a couple clues). Very well designed room. Just hard enough, but the clues made sense. We just did Save Tony for my daughter's 10th birthday (April 6th). We had two rooms, one for my daughter and her friends and one for the adults. Larry and Kim super were helpful and easy to work with. Kim stayed in the room with the kids helped them move in the right direction. Their email correspondence has been awesome as well. We got to "compete" against the kids by seeing who got out first (the kids won by a couple minutes). Three of the adults (out of 7) had been to an escape room before and this was by far one of the cleanest places we've been to. The puzzles were well done and really fun to do! The premise of Corporate Rage was amusing, so we went for it. The puzzles are fairly straight forward but also creative. Just wow. Reserved a room for 7 but only 6 could come. We asked the girl assisting us with check in if we could have a refund and she politely explained that it states on their website that they do not offer refunds. We asked to speak to the manager who came to our room and completely blew up on us! Yelling at us, flailing her arms around and slapping her legs at us. We were stunned. We had a GREAT time at Clueless Escape Rooms. I appreciate the fact that the owners were opportunistic. They had some unused, wood paneled rooms they weren't using and figured - why not make a few bucks and jump on the "Escape Rooms" trend!? We had just 4 adults, but they say that 8 is really ideal for the activity. We had blast solving the puzzles and trying to figure out how to escape. If you book a room, make sure to underestimate the amount of players. We asked for a refund for one of our players because there was an emergency with their family. Rather than make 200.00 and refund us 27.00. We were told to leave. They said they have a no refund policy obviously they do because we were refunded our entire amount. Horrible management and this was the owner. She was out of control. All over $27.00 unbelievable. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a business owner. We had a group of 10 in the Football Fury room. Our group spanned many generations, some with experience in an escape room and others were novices. There were a variety of puzzles and questions requiring different skill sets, providing challenges for all. It was clean and well organized. We were greeted promptly and got started on time. We solved the last puzzle and found the trophy with a little more than 2 minutes to spare. It was a great evening of fun! read more

We had so much fun. Our group included myself, my husband and 6 college kids. Only two of us had escape room experience (in Nashville), which we did find helpful. We knew that everything in the room was likely to be used to as a clue in some way. We also knew to work on clues simultaneously in smaller groups and set aside clues that had already been used. If you don't do this then other members of the group could end up wasting time trying to make sense of clues that had already been used to unlock something. We also knew to take a large group (more people to work on clues). We knew all these things and we still didn't get out in time. But we came super close and had a blast trying. We asked for 4 clues and they were given directly- no time lost waiting for clues. The consensus was that we all want to come again and try their other room. This was a well-run game with some really clever clues. I would highly recommend it! read more

This place is absolute garbage!! I booked a room for me and a few friends. It's approved and booked but a day or two later, the owner cancels our reservation. They said an adult had to be present, which I understood. What triggered me was that they said my voicemail was not nice and that they wouldn't continue with my booking. I shrugged this off because I heard the nice and positive reviews for this place. I rebooked a room under my mom's name and with her credit card information. My mom agreed to do the escape room with me and my friends. We rebooked the room and I told my friends and they were excited. It wasn't even an hour later when the establishment called my mom telling her they wouldn't serve us due to my "rude and obnoxious" voicemail. My mom tried to explain why my voicemail said what it said, but he person over the phone was extremely rude and not understanding. In telling everyone that I know not to visit this GARBAGE escape room establishment. I wish I could do 0 stars, but unfortunately, the limit is 1 star. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND read more

Fun, fast paced room run by nice people. We were a last minute booking, and they were good about squeezing us in. The room is based on traditional searches like word searches and anagrams. We've done many room escapes and usually prefer more original/unique puzzles, but the fast pace and football theme won us over. I liked that the game master can see and hear you, and she really followed our games and provided clues at exactly the right time and at the right level. It was a very fun family activity. read more

I tried out the Corporate Rage room last night with 3 family members. All four of us were new to escape rooms, so we weren't sure what to expect of our first experience. After seeing the leader boards with the five best times (all above 39 minutes) and the failure rate (61%), we knew we were in for a challenge. What we didn't know was how well-crafted the puzzles would be. I don't want to spoil anything, but the number and variety of challenges were very impressive. While we didn't finish on time, the game master was kind enough to give us a few extra minutes to solve the room (nobody had reserved it after us). The nonlinear nature of the puzzles means that you'd probably be better off with 8 people than 4 -- but also means that each person has a chance to contribute meaningfully to the overall goal. And some of the puzzles REQUIRE at least 3 people. The resulting experience was a fantastic way to spend a Friday evening, and an excellent bonding/team building exercise.
