I ordered a cardigan online back on October 15th, including paying for shipping. Shortly after ordering I received tracking information which said to wait 1-5 business days for processing. I obliged. Come the 5th business day, no update. I emailed the company. No response. Kept waiting. Still nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Finally I contacted my bank and told them to do a charge back. On October 29th they finally shipped the cardigan. Product was a 5/5. However with business practices of charging for shipping when it does not ship for 2 weeks is appalling, and not returning emails to customers is unacceptable. You would think with all of the competing boutiques nationwide, you would have better business practices. BBB has horrible reviews of this boutique as well. Buyer beware. read more

I'm super upset about my order. I have tried getting ahold of your shop thru multiple avenues. What I ordered and what I received is not the same. I will never do business with you again. Was super excited for the grand opening in Gilbert! We ended up very disappointed. The bath bombs either smell like cinnamon or chemicals. There was no fitting room. My mother was looking at a rack and an employee reached across her to hang something up. Some of the products did not have sizes listed. the Facebook advertisement said there would be food, drinks, and a food truck; there wasn't. Clothes seemed cheap and were all wrinkled. Pretty much everything were small sizes. I understand this was an opening, and things will improve, but there already is an existing store? Oh and the worst thing, the fb ad and there website have one address, but the store was a mile over. We had to call the mesa store to find out where it was. We were told "the manager must have forgot to change it." I would recommend the wish apps same products, a lot cheaper. read more

We came out to far Mesa to go to Tia Rosa's for dinner. Much to our disappointment they had a Kitchen fire there and are now shut down for quite a bit of time. They sent us out to the one in Gilbert. So this is how I happened to come across this little boutique. After dinner I wanted to go into Decadence Boutique to check it out. I had seen a few ladies with shopping bags from there come into the restaurant. Shallow as it sounds I liked the look of the bags and the shop from the outside. So we went in. Cute things I saw right away. Lots of things to choose from. All female items. from small girls ,maybe 6 and up. All the way up to the big ladies stuff. I found quite a few things that I liked and Purchased. Yes, I love to shop. Some things are a bit high for what they are. Yet other things are very reasonable. I bought a little of both. I got a belt there they I really liked. $60.00 seems a little high for a belt, but I just hope that I can wear it somewhere soon. 2 young ladies working there Friday night. They were very helpful. One told me they have only been open a month on Saturday. If you happen to be in Gilbert. Give this place the once over. I think you just might find at least one thing you love. I found 4 things. Hehee Lots of parking in the lot. It is a tiny bit dark in there,which adds to the ambiance, but also makes it hard for the older ladies like me to see. Music was a little loud at first but, they turned it down. Nice place, lots of cool things. read more

This place is a scam and may actually be operating fraudulently. Do not order online. Merchandise is not sent, phone isn't answered and apparently the actual store is no longer there. I have reported to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! THEY WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU! I purchased items from this store, and I waited about 3 weeks before I started calling around and their customer service number rings and rings with no answer, then it says their voicemail is full. I called their actual stores and they refuse to help. They say they don't have anything to do with online and they were rude. I tried commenting on their facebook page and they just block you so you can't comment or message them. I contacted the BBB about them, and this company never even responded to the BBB! what a scam company. Do not buy anything from them unless you want to be robbed! read more

I put in an order over a month ago and have yet to receive it! I spent over 100 dollars on jeans and when I called and FINALLY got somebody to answer she took all my information down and said the boss man would call me, yet to hear anything!! I have called everyday since and nobody will pick up the phone!!! I have bought numerous pairs of jeans from them and never had this happen! That are stealing money !!! read more

Absolutely terrible!!! Was told to come in between 11-7 for an item. I got there at 1055 and waited until 1115...doors locked, place closed. When Diane finally contacted me back around 3pm she said she was there at 1130...like it was no big deal, never even apologized for inconveniencing me. Very unprofessional. read more

I had heard from friends that the service here was atrocious so I had been avoiding it for about a year. I finally decided to do the black friday sale online. When my stuff arrived I decided a pair of jeans was not quite my style and I brought them in. My plan was to exchange them plus buy about $500 in winter stuff. I drove up and thought oh this is cute! Then I walked in the door and was about a quarter the way to the front when the teenage blonde behind the counter looked down her nose at me and looked away. I stopped in my tracks for a second in shock, I had no idea why she would act that way. Then I looked at my kids following me and I thought "Surely it isnt because I walked in with kids??? They haven't done anything!" By the time I reached the counter I was already angry at the passive aggressive looks she was throwing at me and my kids. She wouldn't even look me in the eye, just passed me off to the sweet brunette. I decided then that I would not spend another dime in that store and I would just exchange the jeans. I couldn't even do that. I couldn't even browse in peace with the passive aggressive blonde acting like we were wrecking the store simply by looking. My kids are 5 and 8, they love clothes and were looking but they didn't disturb anything. When my daughter went in the dressing room and forgot to put the curtains back up the teenage brat swept in there and hung up the curtains so nastily you would think we had taken scissors to them. It was a complete joke. I was absolutely livid. I kept thinking- you clearly have issues with me or my kids, but whatever it is you are the ONLY person in this store who is causing problems! I had hoped to have this store be my new boutuque in Arizona. I spend thousands of dollars a year at boutiques and I usually go out of state because I care more about service than price tags, looks like that will continue to be what I do. I told the brunette before I left that I was furious. Honestly it was such a joke that I'm to the point that when I spend that store credit, if I even see that blonde I will never set foot in that store again and will do my best to deter everyeone I know from shopping there. I have never in my life been treated with such blatent passive aggressive disrespect simply for showing up. I am incredibly insulted and angry and am quite happy to deter the thousand of dollars I would have spent there. It seems the bratty blonde doesn't understand capitalism. You make the customer happy, you make money, you make them mad, you don't. You aren't entitled to my money, and you WILL NOT get it, unfortunately for the sweet brunette and anyone else who works there or owns it, they will not either. read more

I was attempting to buy a "Shabby Chic" table off of Offerup, where I was contacted by Michael. We negotiated a price and attempted to arrange the exchange. I informed him that I would be by on Sunday, to which he responded the store is not open. Fine, I then send a reply asking the dimensions of the table and stating that I will be by on Monday to pick it up. I get a response with The table is approximately 3' tall. Great, fast forward to Monday morning, 11 O'clock. Store is closed. Message Michael, "What time are you guys open so I can pick up the table today?" No response. Great, drove across town for nothing. Return home, later that evening Michael messages me, "Yes located at our store in Gilbert. Higley and baseline, open 11-7 Weds-Sat. . ." Great thanks for telling me that when I stated I was coming by on Monday. A message that he responded to, yet apparently neglected to notice his store is closed that day. Whatever. Annoying failure to communicate, waste of my time, but not worth writing a review. This was 1 week ago. Today, notification on Offerup, It's Michael, passively aggressively sending me a message saying, "I have sold Shabby Chic table. Thank you." That is the kind of action that negative reviews are made of. An unprofessional businessman who is using App's to sell things through his store off-the-record in cash. read more
