Integrity Tree Works failed to show up at all for a scheduled appointment for an estimate for tree…read moreservices and gave no notice it would not be showing up. This occurred even though Integrity rescheduled the appointment already one time, Integrity chose both the date and time, Integrity required a two hour window for the appointment, and Integrity confirmed the appointment the day before. I waited 4 hours. When I later contacted Integrity, I learned the no-show estimator is the CEO (owner) of the company, he then incorrectly claimed he sent me a text he was running late the morning of the appointment, and he expected me to set aside another day for a new appointment. I checked my text messages and he in fact sent no text. He then admitted I got no text and claimed he must have sent it to a wrong number. He gave no explanation why, if he was running late, he still either could not have come in the two hour window that had a built in buffer for running late or offer to come later the same day (the window was 12am to 1:00 pm). "Integrity" does not accurately describe this company.

Stephen and Karina limbed three trees at our request and did excellent, excellent work…read more Throughout the process they were on time, courteous, communicative, and even went the extra mile to alert us to possible fungus inside a tree they were limbing. Stephen sent over pictures and an email explaining the potential fungus, which allows us to seek an arborist and have the tree removed (if necessary). As for the work they did, the trees were limbed exactly how we asked, all debris was cleaned up, and they left our property looking better than it did when they arrived. I plan to have Stephen and Karina out next year to limb additional trees because of the amazing job they did the first time. I've recommended them to a few neighbors who complimented the work they did, and I look forward to having them out again in the future.

I was impressed when Triple Tree provided an estimate before the promised date. Triple Tree's reasonable estimate was well within my budget. Both Stephen and Karina are professionals! They showed up on time to trim/wind sail douglas fir in my backyard. After all work was completed, they removed all branches and cleaned/picked up all loose ends. I am a happy/satisfied customer! The 2nd time they removed 3 trees, hauled the debris, as well as some additional debris I had accumulated. Robert has been great in terms of communication, and spending time while on site to ensure what we wanted is what we got. They were very quick and left the site better than it started. He even addressed some of my questions about other trees in the greenbelt behind our house. I would highly recommend them, great price, communication and professionalism.

Joe came out and gave me a quote the same day. He got a hold of all of the utility services to mark the lines before we cut the tree. They cut the whole tree and did the full clean up in one day.
