Quality of AppleCar Play was pretty good; it's not as seamless as OEM, but it is significantly cheaper and has all of the functionality.

We have never had a vehicle that the headliner started to fall down, but that's what happened to…read morethis one. We asked our mechanic if they had any place they recommended to fix it, and this is where they sent us. I looked for them on Yelp, but they were not listed. So we called them and ended up talking to Cindy (the owner) on the phone. I set up an appointment and at that time took the vehicle in for her to appraise. Let me say that I was really impressed with her. We also met her husband, and he was just as likable as her. They examined the vehicle and gave us an estimate to repair it. The estimate seemed reasonable, and we agreed to have them do the repairs. We took the vehicle in on the agreed date and thought we would be picking it up the next day. However, Cindy's husband's parents both ended up in the hospital and that delayed the time schedule. That was completely unforeseen but understandable. They called us after a couple of days and said the vehicle was completed and ready to pick up. We were able to get there a little before closing to pick it up. We examined the work and thought they did a really good job. We paid for it and headed out into rush hour traffic. After being stuck in traffic for a little less than an hour, I noticed a crack starting in the windshield. I watched it grow from under the registration sticker and start to work across the windshield. The crack had to have been caused by the repair as they had to have removed and reattached all the plastic pieces around the windshield. It was too late to try to get back to get back to them before closing, so I decided to take pictures and text the info to Cindy. Cindy got back to us the next day and said she would look into it and call us back. When she called back, she said her husband did not remember seeing any crack in the windshield. At this point, things could have gone really wrong. I started calling around for a windshield replacement and found the national chains to be very expensive. Then I started looking at local businesses and found someone who could do the repair for less than half the national chains and also would warranty their work. We sent that estimate to Cindy, but by that time she had found a friend who would do the repairs for about 2/3 the cost of the place we found. We told her we wanted to stay with the place we found, and she said she would pay what her friend would charge to replace it. We agreed to that. When you think about it, they could have said that they didn't cause the crack. There would not have been much we could do about that. But Cindy proved that she was a great business person by taking responsibility, and confirmed that she is a class act. Will I return? Let me just say that we really liked her and her husband a lot. They are the kind of people you want as your friends. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive interior issues. We think so much of them that we are also going to use them to recover a couple of our living room chairs!

Very disappointed in this place. After I got my seats reupholstered, I contacted them letting them…read moreknow it was not a smooth finish and they said with the heat it would adjust...that never happened. A little over one year later, this is how my seat looks. They never answer my calls or return my calls. What a waste of money.

I have a limo service and I've been out here for about four years now and had no idea who to bring…read moremy Limo to for seat repairs. Well, I did read reviews for Albert's before I went and they were good enough for me to try them out! Joe helped me and gave me a very reasonable quote to redo the back seat and touch up the J seat in the limo. It was pleated, so a little more work on them had to be done! Joe was very professional and the price was right but one big issue I had was the downtime of my limo. I can't pickup clients without seats, so Joe had to assure me that the seats would be done before the weekend. I had jobs booked all weekend, so I had to have the limo back before Friday. Joe told me he would put a rush on it and told me the seats would be done before the weekend. Dropped the seats off on Monday and Joe had them finished by Wednesday night! The seats came out great and most importantly, Joe kept his word! I will be using Albert's for any upholstery needs for any of my cars as well as highly recommend Albert's in the future to any of my family and friends. Now I have an Upholstery business that I can trust in the San Anton area!!

Joe was all over the project that I brought him. Which was a motorcycle seat cover. He recognised…read morethe quality of the cover I brought and put it on perfectly nice and tight. His communication was great. I drove an hour to get to his shop and thought I was going to have to return the next day for another hour drive there and back. He handled his business in only one hour and then he had me on the road a happy customer that will be returning. Thank You Albert's much respect! I am very grateful and so glad to know about this shop. Alberts is a hidden Gem. If Joe doesn't you work you will be pleased.
