I have a limo service and I've been out here for about four years now and had no idea who to bring my Limo to for seat repairs. Well, I did read reviews for Albert's before I went and they were good enough for me to try them out! Joe helped me and gave me a very reasonable quote to redo the back seat and touch up the J seat in the limo. It was pleated, so a little more work on them had to be done! Joe was very professional and the price was right but one big issue I had was the downtime of my limo. I can't pickup clients without seats, so Joe had to assure me that the seats would be done before the weekend. I had jobs booked all weekend, so I had to have the limo back before Friday. Joe told me he would put a rush on it and told me the seats would be done before the weekend. Dropped the seats off on Monday and Joe had them finished by Wednesday night! The seats came out great and most importantly, Joe kept his word! I will be using Albert's for any upholstery needs for any of my cars as well as highly recommend Albert's in the future to any of my family and friends. Joe was all over the project that I brought him. Which was a motorcycle seat cover. He recognised the quality of the cover I brought and put it on perfectly nice and tight. His communication was great. I drove an hour to get to his shop and thought I was going to have to return the next day for another hour drive there and back. He handled his business in only one hour and then he had me on the road a happy customer that will be returning. Thank You Albert's much respect! My seat cushions driver and passenger we're worn out felt like seating on wires; had the seat cushions replaced with new cushions, he repaired some unforeseen worn and broken springs and wires in the seat suspension and even patched up a tear in the upholstery material reinstalled the seats and all while I waited, he's experienced was obvious, he knows what he's doing. Don't waste your time with this company. I drove 40 minutes last week to get an estimate and that was fine and was told to come back today and they would repair my door and it would take two hours. They have no process and was just our word. I drove another 40 minutes today to find out that the person who said to come back today was not working. This is what he told me to do! Joseph reupholstered 2 captain chairs from my motorhome. These were large complex seats that had numerous motors and adjustment aspects that made the seats a challenge to redo. While the process was a little slower than would have liked, he completed both chairs in the timeframe we requested. Albert's Upholstery is not just for autos. I took my 1996 boat seats into him and he reupholstered those. It was done one time, at a reasonable price and with good quality.
