To buy new or to upholster? I knew my sectional was made well (because it has survived kids and dogs for years), and to buy new, I would unknowingly purchase an inferior product. I decided to call Milburn Upholstery. Tommy was incredible! He not only knows his craft, he is professional and delivers beyond expectations! My sectional sofa is as good as new! It's over 20 years old! Milburn Upholstery is the best! Look no further. read more

Milburn upholstery does a fabulous job. He's done many many projects for us from recovering old school La-Z-Boy to fluffing up seat cushions from foam to feather and he's just done a lot of really great work. I would definitely refer him and you'd be crazy not to use them. read more

My dog's nails tore into my quality leather couch. Yes, the couches are old but still in great shape. So I remembered this place for a small project years ago and decided to try them out for my loveseat project. They redid them in vinyl and we did the matching in person. It was fast, and they are so, so kind! The place for entry is small and quaint like stepping back in time and it's nostalgic in an amazing way! The staff is so friendly and down to earth. The work is beyond superb, the words that came out of my mouth with shock were, "y'all are rockstars!" Yes, I know that ages me but it's hard to find quality work but when you have it - pay the price:) It wasn't unreasonable for the beauty they gave back to us either! It was beyond the service requested as in they even look re-stuffed! read more

Fast friendly service with reasonable prices. I would recommend Milburn's to my friends for sure.

Excellent work. They have restored several antique pieces for me. Nice selection of upholstery, leathers, and pleathers. Free delivery and pickup! Only down side is that they are only open during the week. read more

Tommy is the best upholstery repair place in the city. He will pick up your furniture, do an excellent job and then return it to you.

Tommy helped me restore a 100 year old barrel chair with rocking springs - not rocking skids. First,he referred me to Windmill Woodworks to have the chair stripped, new leg laved, and refinished. He works in tandem with Windmill. I paid Windmill and Tommy picked up the chair. I was given time and opportunity to select the fabric. I took two sample swatch books home, but nothing stood out. I returned the 2 books and was able to find the perfect fabric for my chair. The job is now complete and can't wait to bring it home this weekend. Bravo Tommy. read more

I'm the Facilities Manager for the Mammen Family Public Library and Tommy at Milburn Upholstery exceeded our expectations with the beautiful work he has done in our "Kids" area. The workmanship is absolutely amazing and is very durable also; especially in a high traffic area with kids are NOT very gentle with the furniture. Without any evasion of mind in me whatsoever...If you need anything reupholstered...I strongly recommend Tommy at Milburn Upholstery. You won't be disappointed...You will be amazed as we are. read more

They fixed a broken dresser drawer in a day and the price was very reasonable. It looks great!

I have been doing business with many different companies over the past 50 years, but this Company has exceeded my expectation like no other. Their service has blown me away. We have this old rocking chair that has been in the family for generations. The thing's so old that the cushioning had been worn down, and had been all busted up. So I looked these guys up, and loaded up the chair into the car and headed down there. Upon getting there, they helped me with picking out the replacement fabric, and the little extra flourishes that rocking chairs like this one require. They had a wide array of options to choose from, and they made some solid recommendations. I left the chair in their capable hands and came back about a week later, to find that the chair looked better than it ever had before! The cushions look like they were perfectly made to go with the frame, and the color looked even better. They even went and polished up the wood so it just shone. They made the chair look like it was made yesterday. The prices were fair, especially for the level of service and the quality of the work. read more

I was in the market for a good upholstery group to make cushions and pillows for a banquette I had recently built in my kitchen. Very difficult to find anyone that was doing business during this time - and then I found Mulburn Upholstery - I can't say enough about Tommy and his skill in making beautiful product for my home. His recommendations were spot on - he told me that he would not be able to complete this project until January or February 2022 - but he got it completed and installed before Christmas. His beautiful work has added so much to our home - he was the only one to answer my call and I can tell you he was the perfect match for this project. Thank you, Tommy and Milburn Upholstery - we will definitely be doing more business read more

Our old rocking chair looks brand new. So glad we called Milburn Very professional and courteous.

Look no further for your "go to" upholstery needs. We took in four breakfast area chairs (that match the table) to have the seats redone (the original pleather was peeling and cracking). We took them in on a Monday (we had an appointment) and they were delivered on Thursday. They look superb and like the original (only better). The price was reasonable and we are very pleased. Great quality work, done exactly as requested and at a fair price. read more

I've never used an upholstery service. I chose Millburn because of their reviews. I reached out by text and got a fairly quick response for me to send pics for an estimate. I've waited four days and even sent a text to inquire if they got my pics. No response so I guess they don't need my money. I'll find someone who does read more

I highly recommend this company! I hAve a sofa sleeper that was in great condition but old looking. When I contacted Tommy, he told me they were 5 months out. I was okay with that and at the 5 month mark, I called and we made arrangements for them to pick up. It was delivered about 10 days later. They did a beautiful job and I am very pleased. Their service is wonderful. From the very beginning of this venture to the end, it was nothing but great! Tommy a joy to do business with! read more

A couch had a broken support structure for the seat spring. I called Milburn on a Thursday and they came out next day to look at it. They told me they could have it done it a week or so. My husband's grandmother had a favorite sliding-style rocking chair. She passed 10 years ago. He kept the chair which was in terrible shape. As an anniversary gift I took it to Milburn's. They restored the wood, rebuilt the slide mechanism and made a new seat with beautiful cushion. I am thrilled with the result and the compassion they showed for this family heirloom. Milburn Upholstery - A precious family chair brought back to life. - Furniture Reupholstery Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Outstanding service and work. We had 15 boat cushions to re-cover. After 20 years use they needed it badly. The price was very good and the work absolutely outstanding. They look like new. When we set this up, it was out about 5 months, which worked out well for us, we had a trip planned and getting them in after the trip was fine. Tommy said it would be about a week, and even though there was a holiday in that week, we got the cushions back on schedule, and they are beautiful. I would recommend Milburn Upholstery as a great company. Things went on schedule and the service was great. This is the company it use if you want quality work at a fair price, and a delivery as expected. Thank you Tommy! read more

I took my couch cushions in for a restuffing. Michelle was great in letting me know the timing and process. They finished early, let me know quickly and I picked up the new cushions. My wife was ecstatic and loves the new, firmer cushions. They do great work and are reasonable priced. They even showed my four year old grandson around and answered all his questions when we brought the cushions in. Great workmanship and quality. read more

This shop saved me thousands of dollars. Courteous, reasonable prices, fast and excellent work. Can't ask for much more than that.

This upholstery shop provides excellent service and quality of work. Dropped off a sofa cushion which had lost shape. Owner said would replace the down filler with soft foam. He said it may not match up with other cushions on sofa. Well the cushion was a perfect match and should last a long time. They said may take a week but work was done in three days. I will definitely use this business on future upholstery needs. read more

Tommy Milburn not only does a fantastic job of upholstery he understands how to run a business. I contacted him in the spring via email to get a quote on two chairs. He promptly replied asking good questions to be sure he understood what i needed. He also told me that there would be a few months wait. The date he gave me was October. To my surprise in September he contacted me and arranged a time to pick up my chairs. He was on time and told me he would call in a week. A week?! Last upholstery job took another company three months! He just delivered my chairs, beautifully upholstered, with a smile and good cheer. What a joy to do business with someone who not only does good work but has great customer service, and is frank about his timeline. Milburn Upholstery is my place for all my upholstery . I will share his name happily to anyone who needs this service! read more

One of the seats in our couch broke and I wanted to get it fixed if it was even fixable, so I called up Milburn Upholstery since they did a great job with my chair. I spoke with Tommy once again and he came out and looked at it, gave me an estimate, told me think about it and call when we're ready. So I did. He said it might be a wait till they can get to it but it'll be done quickly once they start working on it. That's exactly how it went. I thought the estimate was extremely fair and I knew it'd be done right. Couch is even better than it was before the seat broke. Great guys and excellent service! read more
