I have had two joint replacement surgeries in the last 9 months so I needed help. I don't know what their landscape design skills are because I had already decided what plants I wanted. I picked up plants from 2 nurseries. Saved him time and me money. ( It is later in the year and I had a hard time finding everything at one.) He suggested Hinsdale Nursery whose size of shrubs were amazing. Also had luck at Wasco in St. Charles. I placed where I wanted them and J&C had everything planted and mulched in half a day. They also removed 3 older (large) shrubs. They are VERY hard workers and Javier couldn't be nicer to work with. Always wants to make sure the customer is happy with the job. Responds by text within very reasonable amount of time (you need to consider the day and time you are texting as he is doing work also). Nice weather the first time (in 70's) This second project is re-grading a path and laying stepping stones. Also adding sod where necessary and blending with the other lawn in the area that is not being replaced. The weather is horribly hot and humid (in the 90's) and they are doing a great job. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

It's clear he genuinely cares about doing what's right for his customers. They've already completed some smaller projects for me, and I'm planning additional work with them in the future. Being a local, family-owned business that has earned the trust of so many homeowners on my street says a lot. If you're looking for a landscaping company that's responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, I highly recommend JP's Landscaping.

They connected our downspouts directly to the underground drainage system, installed walkways along both sides of the house, and completed new landscaping in our front yard, including a separate tree and planting area. The finished work looks great and has made the property much more appealing and functional. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They surprised us by replacing a dead section of our lawn with sod from another area, spray-painted new piping to match our existing downspouts, and identified an underground drainage issue that was affecting our sump-pump discharge. Because other work was already underway, they offered practical, low-cost options for correcting the problem. The team was thoughtful, resourceful, and clearly took pride in doing the job correctly. We would definitely recommend Ross and Jacks to anyone looking for landscaping, hardscaping, or drainage work in the western Chicago suburbs.
