Unfortunately, they were very poor in their communication and extremely unprofessional. They had to return multiple times to correct problems with the construction of brick flowerbeds. Our backyard lawn is striped with different shades of grass. When asked how to resolve this problem, their response - not sure what caused it. Nothing we can do about it unless you want to pay for more black dirt and re-seeding. Every time I raised an issue the response was more money. They also stated that they have plenty of customers! They are no longer in the business of fertilizing lawns. I would not recommend!!

Bill the company Landscape Architect agreed and signed a document agreeing to reduce balance owed due to damage the company caused. Fazio's Landscaping then turned around and took me to small claims court to try and retrieve FULL balance. They did not receive the full amount, but the fact that they signed a document agreeing to reduce remaining balance and then they turn around and take me to small claims court to try and recoup FULL amount is not right! I'm leaving this review to warn others of this companies unethical practices.

There is a $50 fee for landscape design which is due prior to them starting. The money would then be deducted off of the work if I decided to have it done. I'm not with them talked about plans and I gave them a $50 check for my landscape design. After a few weeks I'll be waiting to hear them back with the quote and the landscape design I gave them a call. They said they'll get back to me. I waited some more time. I still did not hear back from them. So I called them again. At this call I asked them for my money back because they had not even started on the design despite having multiple weeks to start on it. They said that they would mail me back the check. After two weeks I had still not received the check and called them again. At that point in time they said oh yeah we dropped in the mail two days ago. I told them that if I did not have the check in my mailbox by Friday then they would need to re-issue it. I already perceived there will be a problem... stay tuned for part two of my review. Would I recommend DLT Brothers Professional Services to someone for any type of service, heck no!

I didn't even bother contacting anyone else. I was so set on Matt doing my space that I emailed him in January, making sure that I would be near the top of his list. Understanding that they're a boutique sized design company, I knew that wait times could pile up in a hurry, so I did not drag my feet to contact him. --I wanted my house on his radar before he was slammed with inquiries! I was lying in bed at night, obsessing about my yard in December so no way was I going to procrastinate getting on his schedule. I couldn't afford to lose sleep all summer as I waited my turn! FYI: Don't be afraid to contact him about small projects. I have a fairly small front yard and was initially worried that he wouldn't want to take on a smaller scale project, but he assured me that size wouldn't deter him. The benefit of emailing him well before spring was that I heard back from him immediately. If the glowing reviews hadn't already sealed the deal, his personable responses certainly did. I could tell immediately that he was someone I would enjoy working with. My gut feeling was not wrong. Also--we had damage to the concrete about the size of a football. Miguel came out to our house, repaired the rather large divot of concrete. After letting the divot dry and cure--Miguel was back to power washing the concrete. Miguel returned later that day to seal the concrete with a concrete sealant that left a beautiful sheen on the surface. Miguel did a beautiful job! Miguel was great to work with! Tony was prompt in coming out for estimate, very nice, and talked with me about how I wanted tree trimmed. The crew did a very good job of cleaning up after the job, and even grinding down the stump of the tree that was removed so no one will ever know it was there once I put grass there. I will be recommending them to everyone and using them myself for all my tree needs. Very reasonable prices as well!

I called Tony's Tree Service and informed them of their 20 foot long and ep to several inches deep tire tracks in my recently planted front yard area. I explained what happened and gave them the opportunity to make it right. They said they would look at it. However, it's been over a week and they never bothered to follow up. As a result, I am stuck with hundreds of dollars of damage to my front lawn due to their shotty business practices. Please avoid them at all costs and go with a better company that doesn't damage your property and potentially start drama between you and your neighbors. ( Its ihard to tell the extent of the damage in the pictures, it looks a lot worse in person.)
