Went back in March before Easter and the entire store was closed for renovations. Now it's 2 weeks before Mother's Day and the retail side is open but the only thing they changed was the flooring. The flowers are not ready for spring shoppers. Minimal to choose from. The planters that would typically sell for $150 all planted and ready to go have just been planted and look pathetic. They've missed 3 major flower holidays to replace the floor on one side?? And it's still not complete.

Their hard work and good ideas resulted in beautiful back yard setting. The Fields team was very efficient and adjusted well to whatever ideas and modifications my wife and I suggested. Sometimes my projects have turned out like Tim the Toolman Taylor did them without Al Borland there to bail him out. My lovely bride a huge fan of HG TV, is always the optimist. She has another project for me, flooring. (If you're reading this review and are scratching your head not getting these references, Google the 90's TV show Tool Time) So what started out as a trip to look for a new chainsaw (hockey mask optional) has turned into another addition to my never ending honey do list. As you can tell, we have many samples to sort through. Once Connie decides on which sample she likes, it will be time to place an order. The staff has been extremely helpful. They have showed us what tools we can either rent or purchase to complete the project. They even gave the option of getting an estimate from one of their installers to see which option would work best for us, do it yourself of professional installation. Once I decide..... ok, who am I kidding..... my wife decides which option we/she decides on, I'll update my review. So far the Home Depot Staff has been outstanding and perhaps this may turn into a 5 star review. Stay tuned.... same bat time... same bat channel.....

I really like that they have the integrity of your tree in mind. I have a large white pine that I get trimmed every few years. I wanted quite a bit trimmed off and the estimator let me know that trees like this pine don't like to be trimmed very much as they will start to die and suggested to me the most they could do without harming the tree. I appreciate they told me that instead of just do it as much as I wanted because I would hate to lose it due to over-trimming. I also like that they got the job done quickly and there was no mess left behind.

They respond to communication via both phone and email (rare even in these modern times). And crews show up on site and take care of business without having to have their hands held. Late last year I called to have a tree taken down. I was literally in my office that faces the tree, and only noticed a guy at the top of my tree (as tall as a 3 story house) when he started up his chainsaw. Heard that sound, looked outside, and saw an entire crew with a ton of equipment. 30minutes later, tree and crew were gone!
