They arrived early in the morning, on time, and ready to tow my truck. He was quick, efficient, took great care of my vehicle. The process took about 10 minutes, no paper work, and we were on our way to the repair shop. We met Alex at our destination in about 15 minutes. He parked the truck at the repair shop and all I had to do is sign my signuature, and we were done. He even called ahead for me and tire shop was waiting for me now you call that costumer service. The other tow company Plaza Tow drove by me all pissed off because I canceled them i would have matched the other company since they had me sitting there for over an hour waiting for their driver to show after a hour and a half I saw the Plaza tow truck drive by...
