Jesse from JC showed up with a great attitude and unfortunately didn't have the heavy tow capacity for our super tall truck camper. He did call his dad, the owner and they were able to suggest a local diesel mechanic that could help and close enough for them to be able to tow us there. Jesse showed up within minutes of this being scheduled and safely towed us to their recommended mechanic. Dropped us safely and within three hours we were on the road and with a very reasonable price from their suggested mechanic. They arrived early in the morning, on time, and ready to tow my truck. He was quick, efficient, took great care of my vehicle. The process took about 10 minutes, no paper work, and we were on our way to the repair shop. We met Alex at our destination in about 15 minutes. He parked the truck at the repair shop and all I had to do is sign my signuature, and we were done. I would use this service in the future and recommend them to all friend as they tow cars, trucks, trailers, motorhomes, and motor cycles. I'm so happy with the care they took.

When I went to retrieve the car the next day on their lot in Indio, I discovered that my car--along with many others on the lot--had been broken into. My car was fortunately unlocked, so my window wasn't shattered, unlike several others whose windows were broken. However, they did manage to steal my credit cards, clothes, and AirPods. When I asked the employee about the break-ins, they said it was very common and that there was nothing they can do about it. A police report was filed, and I also submitted a formal report to my HOA regarding the unsatisfactory vendors they are using. I don't understand why Advanced Towing continues towing vehicles when they know cars on their lot are routinely broken into. There is an extreme lack of care and responsibility for customers' vehicles. There are no cameras, no secure fencing, no security, no dogs--nothing to protect the cars in their possession. If your car gets towed to this location, I am extremely sorry. Completely unacceptable.
