Johnny came out and helped me move a classic car not running and without brakes. Realised we couldn't drop car directly into storage unit due to truck length and without question he helped me push and steer car into garage for 20 minutes. Above and beyond. Thank you Johnny.. I have AAA and I needed a tow for my vehicle, I placed the order at 6:30 in the morning today, I waited 2 hours for RAUL an old man, we specifically said DO NOT TURN ON THE VEHICLE, I literally just got put a new transmission in and not even 20 miles my transmission goes out the car cannot move, so we put it in neutral and help push the car, RAUL comes out with his uniform unbutton unprofessional takes the keys and proceeds to turn on the car and start moving it. We freaked out as any customer would after we just gave specific instructions because we are paying for this tow, only for him to get mad and leave us, he was unprofessional, very much selective hearing, and needs a complaint against him. He needs to put his EGO aside and actually care for his customers. read more

Driver was VERY aggressive, total road rage. Cut me off twice, tailgated me, and damn near caused an accident!!! When I pulled up next to him at the stoplight and took this picture, I'm sure he knew I was going call, so he called his dispatch and told him I was the aggressive driver. When I called to complain, man answering phone said the driver had just called. Obviously trying to do damage control, that's why he called first. NO STALLED VEHICLE OR EMERGENCY WARRANTS HIS TYPE OF DRIVING! read more

Ricardo was the man who towed my car, and he was phenomenal. My friend and I had been traveling from Pasadena, on our way back home to Phoenix when my car overheated and we had to pull over on the side of the highway at 4am. We were there for two hours on the phone with my insurance company, struggling to simply get my car towed to a nearby shop using one of their providers--when finally highway patrol took over and helped find a faster company to send someone out there and help us. We were seriously in the middle of nowhere, so when Ricardo showed up within the next hour we were so incredibly relieved. He was extremely quick in getting us back to a town and very helpful in finding a place for my friend and I to stay. He was patient, understanding, and made us feel a whole lot better after such a stressful morning. Turns out he's been in the business for 25 years. Shoutout to him for making all the difference in what was such an inconvenience and stressful situation for my friend and I. read more

Contacted AAA for Battery assistance for my SUV parked in my garage. Instead of batter relief (that usually comes in a Van -- I got a flatbed tow truck that was dispatched. The SUV was jump started the old fashion way with jumper cables and sense the vehicle could not be moved the tow truck had to enter my driveway. Since by then it was dark outside, I did not see the many oil drops left in my driveway from the tow truck. I contacted AAA and they in turn contacted ABC Towing with Antonio. There was an equipment failure on the following day (Saturday) so Antonio returned again in Sunday, and the oil stains were eliminated. Thanks for correcting a 'wrong' to a 'right'! read more

ABC Towing was dispatched by AAA to help me with a dead battery situation. Their technician, Antonio, was a lifesaver! He arrived earlier than I had been advised, he immediately analyzed the issue, got my car powered up and advised me about next steps. Not only was Antonio efficient, he was very friendly and polite. I called because I needed a new battery. They showed up over an hour late and did not even bring a battery with them. They said they did not have any batteries in stock and would not have any until the following week. What a waste of time. read more

As I mentioned before. The bottom lip of the vehicle is prone to scratches. You DID in fact damage my vehicle, only the burden lies with me to prove it. I know every scratch on that vehicle, and that bumper that shifted due to your carelessness and ill-equipped staff. I took photos of the damage prior to leaving business. In a follow-up call to him, he refused to provide insurance information stating; "I'm not giving you that." It's obvious to me that it is a complete waste of my time hence the Yelp review to make the public aware of your poor business practices. I assume you're going to tell me that it's common practice to drag a car 9 feet is common too? read more

In a few words, Raul was the worst tow truck driver ever! Ive been a AAA member for 31 years and I only mention this because I have definitely been towed quite a few times and I've never had someone as rude and small minded as this guy. Dispatch from AAA dropped the ball and didn't leave a note for the driver that my mother ( who is also on the same membership ) would be the one present. This weak excuse of a person left my wife and mom and drive away. read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Ricardo from ABC Towing saved the day. Our Money pit of a car broke down yet again. We were 30 miles from home. I was at the Fantasy Springs casino and my husband (and puppy) were working at a house in La Quinta. Plus they came so fast my husband was not ready to go. So, Ricardo saved the day and made it all work. Picking me up at the casino and circling back to pick up the hubby and the puppy. PLUS he got us all home safely. Made sure we were able to get in and out of truck and were comfortable. Customer service is often a lost art. But not with RICARDO. He is TOP NOTCH! And even in this heat he was pleasant and helpful. THANK YOU ABC TOWING AND ESPECIALLY RICARDO. YOU ROCK BUDDY!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! read more

Called my AAA they sent me ABC Towing.. had them a couple years ago and that guy was a sweetheart - but this guy needs another job because he has no customer service skills and represented ABC in a horrible manner.. Raul M. was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. . He initially had an attitude over the phone and because he went to a completely different address and didn't see my car there he was about to close the call.. why is he mad at his mistake? I have no idea.. he finally gets here and gets my keys helps himself to my glove compartment without asking I might add, throwing all the papers on the floor and says the call was for Eric I'm not towing you. I'm like my name Erica not Eric and my AAA is under Erica and he says with attitude "Don't give me attitude" im like im not trying to give you an attitude but you're giving me one.. He says im done and walks off! Wow I guess he hates employment!! Best believe I made a complaint with AAA and requested not to have them help me again. Oh the one star I added was only because I needed to in order to post this but I give them a negative star lol read more

This morning got a flat tire, as was driving on Tampico near Old Town . Called Triple AAA, and they sent ABC Towing! Luckily within 20 minutes. Though Triple AAA estimate was 45 minutes ** Trying to give direction to Automated secretary is frustrating. The " Auto system operator has a hard time understanding locations. AAA does send a link so you can see the Tow truck enroute. Daniel , the Driver did find me! And drove me and the car to Big O Tires. I broke down on hwy 111 today. It was 107 outside. We were on a 2 lane highway with hardly any shoulder. We called AAA. A guy from ABC towing took our location, vehicle information and said he would be there in 20-30 mins. We waited there for over an hour. We called ABC towing guy back and he informed us he would not be picking us up. I asked why didn't you call me back and tell me. He said something about AAA and no more information. They left us in an unsafe place in 107 decrees Ava did not feel the need to call us so we could try and figure something else out. Bad business. read more

Awesome! Wonderfully Perfect in every way! Tire went flat aka the other "3 just swelled right up on me" at a funeral home no less on the hottest part of the day! And ABC Towing's knight in shining armor arrived on time, smelled good and towed it down the Blvd to El Primo's tire shop. Another excellent business in Coachella Valley! This was a beautiful experience since we first went to Charly's tire and they high tailed it out of there at 12:58pm saying we were too late with our shredded tire. So we were blessed with ABC Towing and El Primo tire shop! :) !!! read more

Needed to have a vehicle towed, ABC TOWING was contacted via AAA. Initial call was placed at 2:30 and we were advised it would be about one hour. At 4:20 they had not shown up, I called AAA again and was advised that the driver was on his last service and would be another 45min to an hour. At 6:20 still no tow truck, called again and was advised that the driver mistakenly picked up another call before mine and it would be another 2hrs. Waited 4hrs with 2 kids in the car, for this service that never showed up. read more

Raul saved the night for us by solving our battery issue. Apparently it was some kind of glitch which has happened before on electrical vehicles here at PGA West. Crazy, but true,. My car battery died from sitting in the garage too long. Sigh! Called AAA and they dispatched ABC towing. The tech showed up faster than the estimate (he arrived in approximately 35 mins). He was super personable and got to work right away checking the battery. There was no hard sell and he gave me different options. I chose to replace the battery as the charge was getting low. The tech quickly and expertly changed the battery and cleaned the connections! The price was extremely reasonable for a good quality product. I am very impressed and highly recommend! read more

I appreciate their response on time. However I needed my battery check. The technician said I cannot open your hood there's nothing I can do. You need to take it to a mechanic. Well how can I take it to a mechanic if it does not start. He was not helpful at all. I had to ask the neighbor to unlatch the hood. The technician didn't even really try. Thanks AAA for sending someone who wasn't willing to help or brainstorm on how to solve the problem. Luckily neighbor unlatch hood and technician did start it and was able to bring it to Quick Lanes in Indio. read more

Recently I've been having some car trouble I had a couple technicians come out within the last four days and they all told me that if I just charge my battery it will be fine. Then each day my battery would die, my car wouldn't start, and I had to take Uber's to work but then today I technician named Randy came to my house actually checked out my car did a full checked with the alternator spark plugs starter and the battery alone and he was able to give me a new battery. He was the best towing technician I've ever experienced and he needs a raise. Thank you Randy, you the best! read more

I got in the car to go to work and it wouldn't start! Bummer! AAA sent out ABC Towing. What a get experience! Antonia got me going in no time and I wasn't even late for work! That was amazing. He told me the battery tested ok. Two days later, same thing! I called around searching who installed batteries and the price. I was surprised. Even though the places I called sold batteries and had service areas, no one installed them. AAA sent out Randy from ABC Towing and he got here within 20 minutes which I thought was awesome. He was friendly, happy, and proficient even though it was 108 degrees out. He said he sold and installed batteries. They had a good price and a 3 year warranty on it too.
