He did call his dad, the owner and they were able to suggest a local diesel mechanic that could help and close enough for them to be able to tow us there. The process took about 10 minutes, no paper work, and we were on our way to the repair shop. We met Alex at our destination in about 15 minutes. He parked the truck at the repair shop and all I had to do is sign my signuature, and we were done. When I asked the employee about the break-ins, they said it was very common and that there was nothing they can do about it. A police report was filed, and I also submitted a formal report to my HOA regarding the unsatisfactory vendors they are using. I don't understand why Advanced Towing continues towing vehicles when they know cars on their lot are routinely broken into. There is an extreme lack of care and responsibility for customers' vehicles. There are no cameras, no secure fencing, no security, no dogs--nothing to protect the cars in their possession.
