I had a phone call and in person mock up of my table floral arrangement with Jina prior to my wedding. My flowers were beautiful! Im pretty picky and I had a whole mood board with the flowers I wanted and the flowers to be omitted and even wanted a gardenia in my bridal bouquet and she did everything I asked for. My clear Acrylic arch with flowers she even brought sand bags and covered them with flowers too. I wanted no greenery/minimal and very densely packed and she understood the aesthetic and vibe right away. I got so many compliments on the flowers from everyone. It was a pretty hefty price tag but I called about a dozen florists who have done lots of weddings and for the vision I wanted (no babies breath, no carnations, no green, etc with mainly orchids and roses) she was the best value. By the way due to an issue with the Yelp map the location listed on here is not correct! Don't drive there! This is the correct address: 523 S Raymond ave pasadena ca 91105 You can text her or email her to confirm before driving there! I drove to the wrong address from Oc. All in all I have no complaints or regrets about the flowers and would highly recommend her! She arrived on the day of the wedding really early and the execution was flawless. She is a perfectionist and very professional. We hired Jina at De Flora as the florist for our wedding and she and her team did a great job. Before the wedding, we provided Jina with a Powerpoint of exactly the flowers we wanted for every aspect of the Ceremony and Reception, and she completely delivered. We had an outdoor Ceremony and Reception, and the flowers looked gorgeous at every part of the event. I'll never forget walking into the venue on my wedding day and seeing our floral vision brought to life by Jina. We had given her our inspiration photos but to see it all come to fruition was simply breathtaking. Our planner had recommended her to us and it turns out one of my bridesmaids had actually used her for her own wedding a few years ago. We had a couple of meetings with her in her Pasadena office before our wedding to plan the design plus view and finalize the samples. She was very generous with her time, never hesitating to go though with me what colors and shades were in season, how they might look the day of my wedding and what she thinks would be the best plan of action. She was beyond accommodating and even offered to make last minute switches if I wasn't in love with the florals. We didn't have to resort to that because I LOVED how the florals came out. They turned out perfectly and were the perfect balance of roses mixed with whimsy touches. I was the kind of bride who didn't really have a very specific vision about our wedding day... I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole wedding planning process, and I just wanted the florals to be beautiful and "wedding-y." Haha, that's the kind of bride I was. However, Jina was great about helping flesh out my ideas and translating them into something concrete. Jina at De Flora created the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding day! She brought our vision to life so perfectly from just looking at inspo pics. She really exceeded our expectations! Jina was super kind and patient during our floral preview too. She helped swap out different vases / centerpiece stands while I was being very indecisive :) Also, I asked if we could change some of the floral colors (the original pink was pretty but too pink for my preference) and she introduced me to the gorgeous quicksand rose, which was the perfect dusty shade I was looking for! On our wedding day, Jina and her team arrived on time to set-up and deliver the flowers. I loved my bouquet so much and now wish I had preserved it! The bridesmaid bouquets, groomsmen boutonnieres, parent corsages, and flower girl crowns were so pretty and perfectly in sync with one another. Jina is absolutely the sweetest! Her store is conveniently located on Huntington drive and it's super easy to find. Her store is also absolutely gorgeous !! It literally was a treasure chests of beautiful props and decor for weddings and other events ! Jina is also super helpful and loves doing things out of the ordinary which I appreciated. I had originally wanted a modern geometric and rustic theme for my wedding which is pretty much what most girls want but jina suggested other cool touches & ideas that made it more unique ! My daughter and I did a lot of research finding vendors. Jina gave us a floral bid that covered everything we asked for. She wasn't the lowest bid but many were significantly more. Part of her strategy was repurposing many of the arrangements--nothing went to waste. We asked for roses, anemones, peony, willows in white with only a bit of dusty rose tones. Jina's choices were "spot on". I especially appreciated that she arranged for a viewing of a sample centerpiece. It was beautiful and gave me the opportunity to choose the pedestal, candles and any other additions. Jina was open to suggestions, as well as, offering many of her own. The day of the wedding the flowers were more spectacular than I envisioned. Her coverage of a very large gazebo for the ceremony was perfect. And inside the reception included a kings table seating the wedding party that had raised flowers along the entire length of the table along with suspended candles in glass holders. Jina forgot nothing. In addition to how opulent and incredible the flowers looked, they stayed looking fresh. I was warned not to use hydrangeas because they wilted so quickly. I don't know how Jina did it, but the hydrangeas along with all the other flowers looked great throughout the day (including the time outside in the sun) and continued to look good 1 week later. Jina is an incredibly unprofessional, money hungry individual. If you are an inquisitive client and would like to ask questions regarding her services to work around your budget, don't even bother! She admittedly declined me as a client due to my low budget of $3500, after she expecting me to Venmo her 1/3 deposit without a countersigned contract!! She asked me to come into her shop for said contract, and when I've asked her when her availability was so that I could physically come in to her shop, she responded with this: "Hello Jeannie. I'm so sorry i have to tell you this. I'm going to go with bigger budget client and i'm not comfortable with you. Not your fault i'm over sensitive. Hopefully find good florist soon. Thank you for the conversation Jina" She's "uncomfortable" because I asked her what is right.. a countersigned contract before venmoing her $1150!! Never in my life have I EVER dealt with such unprofessional behavior. Everyone should be weary. Oh and she also expressed how it's easier to work with Chinese and Vietnamese clients rather than Korean ones like myself. Says a lot a lot about someone's character. read more

And let me tell you, both Lilian and Jina worked so well to bring my vision for my big day to life. The flowers and decor she and team set up for my wedding were absolutely stunning. So many guests came up to me and asked for my florist's name and contact. And to date, one friend has already hired her on. I'm pretty specific about flowers and only wanted rose varieties and ranunculus, and Jina assembled the classiest, most tasteful arch, bouquets and centerpieces I have ever seen. I was so pleasantly surprised by all of the elegant floral displays she and team arranged throughout the venue. My jaw seriously dropped when I saw how she decorated the venue. And the sweetheart table! My gosh ... I wanted to stay sitting there to admire the beautiful flowers forever lol. Everything was beautiful and colorful, better than I had imagined it! She was professional and went above and beyond to make our vision a reality. She had never worked with bougainvilleas (my favorite) before but she dove in and mastered them!
