Each flower was beautifully placed, very fresh, and in excellent condition. It was comforting that they our family's flowers was so tastefully arranged. It is a beautiful arrangement and they even put it in a round blue box to match the theme that not only accentuates the bouquet perfectly but makes it easy to carry and display. My wife says it's the best arrangement she's ever received (and now I think Ive set the bar too high). 10/10 would definitely come back for future floral needs.

The Floraland team is very attentive & so accommodating to any questions I had. They also showed me around the store& told me what types of flowers they had already made or can customize! The store is clean, organized, & well displayed. There were different sections along the walls for different types of flowers from dry, preserved, and glitter! I was there to look around until I saw that they have dry florals! I'm so happy to see dry florals getting more recognition! Plus, these flowers will only get drier over time, so basically lasting forever! I was able to customize my bouquet via text & Floraland made the process so seamless. They were very sweet and informative to show me all of the flowers they had in store with pictures & pricing! I rly appreciate their transparency! The way he wrapped the flowers was sloppy, and honestly, most of the flowers in the shop looked stale or half-dead. After he finished, I asked for the price and he said $38 plus tax. That immediately didn't add up. Gladiolus stems are usually around $2 each max , but he claimed they were $6 per stem. Even at that price, 10 stems should be $60! ...so how did he land on $38 and then add tax on top of that? The math and pricing were completely inconsistent. It felt like he didn't really know what he was charging or was just making up numbers on the spot. Between the poor quality flowers, messy wrapping, and confusing pricing, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I end up not getting it and went to another floral shop of course and told the floral shop about Mercado's overcharging! The other floral shop said shame on that place! Totally Agree!

I found a photo of a green and yellow lei they had previously sold to past customer and decided to call in and ask if they had one in stock. The graduation was a few days out so I was pretty rushed to find a lei in time. I called in and spoke to the person (I think the name was Ronnie?) and they kindly informed me that they would have to see if they can make a yellow and green colored lei in time. They gave other colored options just in case the green and yellow was unavailable. After I got off the phone, they let me know the price (about $71) which needed to be paid before they can put the order in. I venmoed the money over and received a photo of the lei the day before graduation. I let her know that I will be in the morning of the graduation to pick it up and everything went smoothly! Communication was great, pick up time was easy and my cousin was thrilled with the lei! The price was a bit high though but the customer service was great!

Yen the owner is such a happy lady you can't help but to smile around her. She even carried my flowers to the car and buckled the seat belt to keep it from falling!
