I had the worst customer service experience at this store. On **July 17, 2026, around 8:00 p.m.**, I visited the store with my 2-year-old son. The associate who assisted me, **Briana**, treated us in a way that I felt was discriminatory and very disrespectful. I paid for all of my items. However, when the security guard asked Briana whether I had paid, she incorrectly responded that I had not. This was embarrassing and upsetting, especially because I had completed my purchase. I encourage the store manager to review the security camera footage from the moment I entered the store. It will show how I was treated throughout my visit. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this kind of treatment at this location. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I hope the matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. read more

This store have variety sections. The shoes aisle is a mess with shoes everywhere. My wife and I ask why the price on one is different from the other when the items was practically the same and the cashier lady said because one was on the floor longer. The cashier lady ask the manager if we can get both items for the same discounted price and she said no because one of the item was just put on the floor. read more

I will be honest you cannot beat the prices on the scrubs here! Lots of them are polyester blend and wash up easily and colors don't fade. I have spotted Grey's Anatomy and Koi here as well. I have bought some fun seasonal scrubs as well. read more

Love it. Specially all the awesome finding at this location. Fantastic prices and items. Got a bunch of cool things (see by yourself from my pics!) for only $63. Now I don't even want to go to Ross anymore, going to DD's has become addictive:). I don't really care much that the cashiers do not even look at you and keep chatting among themselves, that is ok, i am not there for the customer service, but for the great deals. Service here is ridiculously rude. I was still talking to the cashier & grabbing my money, when the rude cashier screamed NEXT cutting me off!! And while she was ringing me up, all she was doing was talking to her friend about their drama. The theee stars is dedicated to their kitchen department ONLY. This is the only dept. that is worth looking at. They've got some name brands kitchen stuff like a really excellent set of knives for only $24 or a super excellent one that's worth $100 somewhere else but they sell at DD's for only $40. The ONLY problem is: the boxes are messed up. Now if you're buying the product for yourself it's ok-not if you plan to give them as a gift to someone. A big NO. You will look so cheap! This store sits in the same area as Tanto Japanese rest. Zeny's and Wallgreens. A sleepy part of Campbell. Huge parking lot! read more

Ross's sister! Not bad, it's not really my choice of place to shop from because of the stuff is very out of season but you can find some pretty sweet deals here for some random undergarments. I found a pair of bright neon pink boyshorts for a rave that I was going to for only $3! It's kinda ghetto around here, or I'm just not too familiar with the area but the place can do a bit of work. So, on my way to hit 280 on Leigh, I noticed a sign for a place called dd's Discounts going in where an Albertson's used to be. When I got back home, I looked it up on the web and couldn't find a website, but several hits came back about the chain. Apparently this is a Ross store that is aiming for "bargain-hunting shoppers and consumers with an average household income of $30,000". I'm a Ross shopper on occasion, and a store with LOWER prices than Ross ... now this should be interesting. So, after heading to the Flea Market (yes, I'm serious), I went to dd's to check it out ... with low-expectations. I was thinking Old Navy quality minus about 20... and that would be generous. Actually, I was proven wrong! The stuff isn't half-bad, and I was able to pick up a new hamper that I've been looking for for months at less than $30! I'm waiting for this to go down hill from here, but if they are able to keep up with how clean, and well-organized this place was, I may have to return! Oh, and I can guarantee all you people that LOVE you some people-watching that there will be some quality specimens here! Like I said, this is a Ross store for "bargain-hunters" ... My fashion secret - I never pay half price for my clothing! I always pay 1/3 or less at DD's! ...and i got a comforter set for $30 which completely MAKES my bedroom. My first time in this branch and was at first so happy that it opened at 9:30am. The lady who greeted me was very warm, at first. Then I went around, happy to see good deals, no babies crying at this time and I thought I was pretty lucky to shop at a great dds branch.... and then as I was about to check out, I felt the need to use the bathroom to pee. Alas! The girl in the counter who I thought was warm... turned out very cold. She goes, "there's no bathroom here. Only for staff and it's a corporate rule of the company! " huh? I thought , oh gee, what happens if it's really necessary. Then the other lady goes... " there's no restroom at the next door Cvs either , so you got to go to the 7/11. This is my first time hearing this unavailability of a restroom ! You see, we normally take at least an hour to browse over the store... and for some... we need to pee... this is very third world country rule of dds!!! And if management condones to this, well the better business bureau and the health department of the county should take a look!!! Anyway, I left my whole load of stuff and left . Within 5 minutes I had purchased this really authentic-looking faux-distressed-leather, faux-fir-collared bomber jacket for...$27!!!! (tax included).. Awright!!! They have the worst customer service by far. They must have a pretty sketchy customer history and I can only assume this by the way they treat their customers. If I walk in holding something ie, wallet, cellphone, even a receipt, the cashiers will eye my hand and they don't even try to hide it. They make you get your own receipt, "you can take your receipt from here." and won't wait on you to finish up before calling up the next person in line. They actually call the next customer in line as you finish so you are awkwardly waiting while the next person puts all their stuff next to you. This happens even when there is only one other person in line. This is a new method too. They didn't do it before. I don't understand how they still have customers when they treat everyone so rudely. The funniest part is that they also don't provide you with change for the bills you get even if its during your transaction because "they just don't do that." I really had it after I provided change for a $20 for a cashier since they didn't have any $5 but was denied getting my change back in bills. They also check your ID with a return even if you have the receipt if it is the day after purchasing. This isn't a written policy and I know because I have asked to see it. Companies take your info down to keep for their record and since I am not doing anything wrong by returning unwanted items WITH receipt, I asked to see their policy on it and no one, not even the manager on shift that day could show me any. This place makes me feel like a criminal. I will say one thing, their manager Maria/Mayra (I can't remember which it was but she is slim, short, and young) does excel in the customer service experience. She is the only one who is genuinely friendly and helpful not just pretending like it feels with the other associates. There is also a preventative loss guard who is nice and doesn't make you feel like hes after you which is refreshing compared to the smugness of the guards. read more

Love being able to get super cheap prices on quality clothing (they have some good brands you just have to look) but I can't stand the customer service, it makes it not worth it. They don't greet you, they hardly talk to you and they eye you like you're doing something wrong constantly and ask someone for help you get the most exasperated looks like they just can't be bothered. The actual store manager is awesome and great at de-escalating an angry situation, at least for me she was great....but I can't say the same about the assistant manager, who clearly doesn't know how to do her job at all and needs to learn how to be polite to people. Seriously, you're not the only people who work in retail, we all get that it's hard, but somehow most everywhere else at least manages to smile once in a while. read more

Ok, so I'm going to begin by introducing you to the small but true fact that I will score all DD's with either 4 or 5 stars. DD's is a sister store to Ross, only better. I shop here for everything, and am never dissatisfied with the store or it's products. Now, it's a discount store, so one must keep that in mind when shopping around for designer items. Your not going to find your Coach, or Luis here, so stop *ichin about quality. If your looking to look good, or buy something for the house that will look good with light wear and tear, than you came to the right place. Don't expect to pay $7.99 for a purse and have it last forever! But it will certainly last for a few months, and look better than the old rusty "designer" you've been caring around just because it shows the world you could afford a $1,000.00 purse at one point of time. If you cant afford it now (and most of us can't) then get over it, buy something that may (and often does) have a brand name on it (if your a brand name person) and keep in mind the fact you will need to replace it eventually. Thats all. Nothing lasts forever. I love this place for shoes (usually uncomfortable platform *&)(* me pumps), shirts (really cute for average of 7bucks) and BED SETS! I only sleep on silk, so this place is amazing. My old silk sheet set was like 70 plus, but I can pick up one at DD's for 9 or 15 bucks, and it will last 6+mos. Bed in a bag set are inexpensive and beautiful. Plus, there are three or four DD's in SJ so if I don't find what I want here, I can always take a drive to Capitol or Saratoga where there are other DD's! read more

Rude staff. I was in line, there was a girl stocking the shelf but her huge cart was blocking the way. I nicely said oh excuse me I don't think I can get by you. She made a big sigh and acted upset. Then as I passed she rudely slammed the cart to side. Everyone looked & even people in line were commenting on how rude she acted. Not cool dds, hire staff that wants to be nice to people.
