When I called and asked to speak to the manager, the girl on the phone said she was the manager and she told me I had to come all the way back over there in which I live in East Las Vegas to bring this back to get my refund and I only have 29 days that is bull crap. came into the store mid way up shopping I had to change my baby's diaper when we went the old 4ft lady with white hair had such a attitude about letting us into the bathroom stating that I was making her do all this walking 4 steps to open the door only and that it wasn't a public bathroom for non shopper. Mind you her words were not as nice as in stating right now. To the point I had to tell a supervisor even then he lied saying they were having clogging issue. not my first rodeo as lies are used to avoid customers into bathrooms but it wasn't that I was going to use the mast first bathroom myself it was to change a simple diaper. she didn't do it to just me but another male and female hispanic shoppers. Made two visits here. On the first, we came close to closing time not realizing it. So we sort of rushed thru the store to grab what we saw. On this night, there was only 1 cashier working so it took close to 15 minutes to get checked out. On our next visit, a day later and this time around noon. We got to take our time and browse and all I can say is this is a cousin to Ross or something. I found several things that had a Ross label on or I've seen at Ross before. Lol we purchased a lot of clothes, what I liked about this visit was the cashier gave us 1 giant bag for all our clothes. The cashier the day before gave us 3 small bags for all our stuff when 1 large one would've made sense. I didn't know they had different sizes at the time but idk, just makes more sense to me. Also, on our second visit we had to use dressing rooms. It looks like they closed the rooms in the back and set up two makeshift rooms at the front. I'm sure it's a covid thing but they need to either reopen the back or create more makeshift ones. My mom and two sister squeezed into a room to try on their stuff and some impatient fat ass kept asking "are you done yet?" The other room was taken up by another guest who also took her time, which I'm understanding with since she needs to ensure it fits. I did notice an employee was walking in and out of the rooms, so maybe it was closed for cleaning... if it was maybe a notice that they will reopen at XX time would be better than displaying a closed sign. read more

Well why not to close the store instead of make this impossible and uncomfortable situation . Why no to open the fitting room and be up to standard and customers needed . Probably by far the worst customer service I've ever had. The cashier that had helped me was Sydney and I don't know how she even still has a job here. She didn't say hello gave me dirty looks and i gave her cash for my items and she basically threw the change at me and said "goodbye" with the rudest tone almost like I wasn't supposed to be there. The prices were good but the customer service was really bad. Last time I'll ever go there and that's For sure. Thanks Sydney but no thanks. Learn how to treat your customers. read more

I finally decided to visit DD's after a coworker professed her love for it. I had heard about it before but, never made it in. I like it. She told me that it was like Ross, TJ Maxx and Marshalls except the prices are lower. She was right! I found a lot of cute stuff for super low prices. If you don't have the patience to take your time and really look thru the racks this isn't the store for you. The store was a mess. The shoes were in all the wrong designated ares for their sizes. I like this location. Nice variety of clothing, GREAT inexpensive gift and holiday items to purchase . Better than many of our DDs in CA. They are strict about no bags from other stores allowed in, but that doesn't bother me. They'll check it in for you and you can pick it up on the way out. read more
