    2022 CPO Acura MDX
    James D.

A high volume Acura dealership that actually has inventory for reasonable prices. I bought a CPO 2022 MDX Type S ADV that was way cheaper than other Acura dealers. The mileage on the CPO was slightly higher than other dealers, but it didn't matter due to the quality of work the service department put into the car. Car was shipped across the state and came in mint condition. There were some minor logistical issues, but the sales manager Jeffrey Ostergaard worked tiredlessly to fix it. If you are shopping for a car, especially Acuras, I highly recommend you use this dealership. Though, a small caveat is that it seems the dealership needs more auxillary staff due to the volume of cars they sale. However, for most customers, I think the savings here compared to other dealership is worth the small delay in fixing logistical issues. Perhaps, the smaller auxiliary staff is how they pass the savings onto the customers. FYI - The dealership also does shipping. I bought the car sight unseen which was shipped to my city, due to the good reputation this dealership has. I don't regret it. Though, hindsight, it might be worth it for some customers to visit this dealership in person to bypass logistical issues.

Car buying at Tustin Acura has been quite a different experience than the other Acura dealership I've purchased before (twice, I love my Acuras). I specifically liked how they do not add any extras to the MSRP when negotiating. Miguel was extremely helpful in making the purchase stress free/ pressure free, giving me and my sister (the buyer) the time and space needed to go over numbers and making a final decision, answering all our questions about the ADX and ZDX, informing us of all the safety features. Miguel was also very attentive and considerate of the children with us, that was much appreciated Miguel! Made the car buying process seamless and delightful.

ONE of My cuts from the plastic/aluminum
    Lisa L.

Absolutely horrible experience. So I bought a used car back in July of 2025. I figured going to a dealership they may take better care of their cars. Not at all. I have had constant issues since and it hasn't even been a year. Basically a month after, they already had to replace my battery because I kept getting warnings. This continued even after they replaced it and I would reach out and the last time I didn't even receive a response. The next thing is that I had messaged at one point to confirm that the IRS was reported to about my used Chevy volt which would've applied to the clean vehicle tax credit. I was directed to call the dealership directly and was told that everything was okay on their end and if there was anything else they needed to do to let them know. But obviously if they say everything is okay, I believe them and I don't know exactly what they need in their end. Come now that taxes are due, they say that there's no way any of them ever said this, and that they didn't file my car to the IRS for this, and now instead of getting money back because of their error, I owe. I'm unclear of why this wasn't taken care of and now they all of a sudden they are very well versed on what they had to do to make it happen. I don't appreciate lying or misleading. The last thing I want to mention is I don't know who inspects these used vehicles but obviously it's my fault I didn't check every single thing. There was aluminum that was lifting by my seat belt buckles that cut me and my passengers every time until I finally just broke it off on both sides. Because I was over forgetting every time I had to buckle my seatbelt, that I would get cut so deep it would leave scars. This place has been so disappointing and now I'm stuck paying off this car that constantly has issues and I'm not receiving the credit that my car literally was eligible for because they didn't fill out a single form to the IRS. If I could go back and get a used EV elsewhere I wish I could've. I would never go here again. Ive tried to take all this to corporate and can't reach them so I guess the BBB is next.

They are great, they let you see the lot, they really only check up on you once and let you stroll around for what you are liking. I appreciated this, and when I was interested in a vehicle, they were there to help open them, explain, and give recommendations. For buying, they have their packages included in estimates, but they are upfront stating that everything is optional. We ended up getting a 23 CPO Integra, and were glad with the price, negotiations, and financing. Only took around 2 hours max. Very happy!

    Ask for Ken
    Adam K.

If you're buying an Acura and don't ask for Ken, you're doing it wrong. Ken is the kind of salesperson that completely redefines the car-buying experience. From the moment I walked in, he was genuine, sharp, and fully focused on helping--not selling. I never felt rushed, pressured, or "handled." Instead, Ken guided me through every step with total professionalism and a calm confidence that immediately put me at ease. I came in looking for something special, and thanks to Ken's knowledge and attention to detail, I drove out in the new ZDX Type S--an absolute beast of a car that I wouldn't have even considered without his insight. He knew the product better than anyone I've spoken to, explained everything clearly (even the techy stuff), and made sure the experience matched the level of the vehicle: premium from start to finish. Even after the deal was done, Ken stayed in touch to make sure everything was perfect. That's not just great service--that's rare. Bottom line: Ken is a pro's pro. If you're serious about buying an Acura, go see him. You'll walk out not only with the right car, but the confidence that you were taken care of by someone who truly knows what they're doing and actually cares.

medium depth clear coat scratches on the decklid

I got a referral from my HS friend who had a straight forward, easy to do 1pay lease deal with Jimmy Z at Irvine Acura for a black/black 2024 Acura ZDX AWD. I emailed Jimmy Z that I needed to bring my mom in to do a test drive and that she was ok with all EV vehicle. I didn't hear back from him and ended up calling the dealership last Mon. After the road test, the substitute sales assistant Vinny went to get the offer sheet from Deangelo. It was was 44% higher than the deal we had. Outregous, switchoo. (you can see my full review on their Yelp dealer site) We drove 90 minutes from the South Bay thru the beginning of rush hour on the 405. So I was not happy. After seeing the other ratings, my experience does not surprise me now. Irvine Acura: Dishonest dealership. Poor management: manager who does not come out to speak directly to customer when appointment was with him. When I got home, I got online and reached out to a direct contact at DCH Tustin Acura. I asked Ernie for a straightforward deal that my other friend got from him 2 weeks ago. He got back to me and said- yes! But then when he was looking for actual black unit- he said that it would be $600 more since limited stock and that's what Acura charged. I paused and went to do some research with my brokers and other Southern CA Acura dealers. Between the games other dealers tried- I reached out to Ernie and we settled on a deal. It was very straight forward- all the documents were done electronically remotely. All that was left for me to go to dealership to inspect vehicle, pay, and take delivery. Took delivery last Thursday and paid with Apple Pay with my Apple Card. (I subsequently found out that my HS friend said that Irvine Acura charges 3% to use credit card!) Couple of minor hiccups at inspection and delivery: 1. rear decklid had med, deep scratches that the dealer detailers were NOT able to remove- told not to be too aggressive since a proper paint correction would be warranted and I have my own guys at Polished Protection who could do that more precisely and safely. 2. front passenger side: lower side skirt moulding was misaligned and not flush with the rest of the side (the driver side was). Ernie took photos and sent to service. They couldn't address that same day. [Service called me the next day and said they could get me in mid-July- b/c of the limited loaners. Disappointing to say the least for something that was noted at delivery. I updated Ernie and he called service and got me for next Tuesday and Sales would provide the loaner. That was a very nice touch.] When I was driving back up to the South Bay, I realized that: 3. No Monroney sticker. Next day, Ernie located it. 4. No digital CA DMV paperwork given (or signed by me). But I did have CA temp plates- and when I messaged Ernie- the contract and actual miles at delivery were not the same. Didn't sign an odometer disclosure. Next day, Ernie had finance manager sent me the documents- they did it digitally and signed power of attorney on my behalf- ironically, I didn't sign that. 5. Acura EV app: was down so we could not complete set up to get connected to car and get EVgo credits. It seems problematic. Next day, we tried remotely with the links he sent. Still didn't work. Will try to complete when I go in for service. 6. When we opened the trunk, my mom and I were very surprised that there was no trunk privacy cover! Ernie took me to parts and they said they could order for discounted $187, but it needed to be installed- the cover hold ends need to be riveted in! pass Overall, this is first time Acura ownership- coming from 10 Audis. 5 Lexus' and 2 MB so our start was a little bumpy. Ernie & DCH have been relatively easy to work with and they are technologically friendly. James in finance was efficient as well- the DMV paperwork was the only thing missing. But I was in/out in 10 minutes. No upselling dealer add ons, which was greatly appreciated. Ashton, the GM messaged me over the weekend so I sent him some honest feedback on the good and not so good aspects. PS ZDX is actually a GM product and you can certainly tell it's non-luxury underpinnings- the center console plastics and climate ctrl knobs are very cheap looking as are the lightweight keyfobs. (asked for heavy duty dealer Acura keychains, but they said they were out). The wireless phone charger is terrible as is the lane centering. Acura should have ditched the chrome and silver lower trim. Good thing this is a 24 month lease at a fantastic price- and drives well enough- otherwise for a $70.5k vehicle- no front camera, no HUD, no partial auto-drive, and no hands-free trunk. PPS Coming from true luxury brand, it was disappointing to learn that Acura does not have a factory service loaner program. Individual dealers may have some, but they are extremely limited and have to book out several weeks- and not for routine services such as oil changes. Audi, Lexus, MB all offers these truly luxury amenities.

I wanted to thank Ernesto from DCH for working hard on getting me the excellent and best deal for my car. You made it happen again.. I wish you success and becoming the number one salesman every Year.Your the Best!!!

I had a major recall for my mdx Acura and this place was so quick to do the recall. While my car was there and since they gave me a loaner I decided to get my timing belts done. The pricing was similar to low cost places I've been to. They did a great job and I asked for my old parts back which they did give me. Since this time I have brought my car back in for the rest of the 100,000 mile job which is the tune up. Again they lent me a loaner which is very nice. I think that's the best part about going to a dealer. To be given a loaner while your car is getting work done. I highly recommend this dealership.

I never really rate any bussiness on yelp but this time I actually wanted to take the time and talk about my experience at this dealership . First and foremost the ambience and the vibe are great along with Jose Rios costumer service . I have to say he was super patient with me because my credit was not so good but they've actually took the time to get me approved and also for the car that I really liked . Not like other dealership that try to sell you a whole different car than the one you're looking for . I love my car and I will definitely be coming back here . As long as I live in Orange County this will be my dealership of trust .

I recently took my car to this dealership (first-time customer here) for service and had a very concerning experience. After the appointment, I noticed unusual noise while driving. When I looked closer, I discovered that bolts on my oil pan were left loose - the pan was partially unsecured. This is not a small mistake. Loose oil pan bolts can lead to severe oil leaks, engine damage, or even complete engine failure if not caught in time. What makes this worse is that the car was on a hydraulic lift during service -- meaning the techs had a clear view of the underside of the car. How could this have been missed when lowering it back down? It was only by chance that I noticed the issue before it caused permanent damage. I trusted a dealership service department to perform basic maintenance to manufacturer standards, but this shows a clear lack of care and proper quality control. At minimum, all bolts should be torqued to spec. The fact that this was missed makes me question the safety and reliability of the work being done here.

If you need a pre-purchase inspection or any auto repair, whether it be european, american, japanese made, etc, and EVs, take your car here and don't think twice. We reached out to Arnold for a pre-purchase inspection. While six other places quoted us $250-$350 for a "comprehensive" inspection, we paid Arnold $100, which was a STEAL for what he did, even more than what the others promised. He spent at least two hours thoroughly checking the vehicle, test driving it and walking us through every detail so we truly understood its condition. We were looking at buying an Audi Q4 e-tron that had a damage report. A reputable dealership told us it was "minor" and offered to take it to the mechanic for our peace of mind. After browsing Yelp and reading the amazing reviews, we decided to come here instead and I'm so glad we did. I had already done my due diligence and familiarized myself with the vehicle and potential issues. I asked Arnold very specific, technical questions that I already knew the answers to. He answered every single one with clarity and confidence and everything I was expecting to hear. My husband stayed the entire time, and Arnold patiently explained everything while inspecting the car. You can tell he was that kid that made the auto shop his playground growing up. He's passionate, meticulous, and GENUINELY cares. What impressed me most is that Arnold will never pressure you. He won't tell you "don't buy it," but he will clearly explain what could go wrong and what it might cost to fix. When I pressed him for his honest opinion, he said he personally wouldn't buy it at the listed price but if we negotiated it lower, then it might be worth considering. That level of honesty is RARE. They are your small local auto shop but I would choose them over any flashy, grandiose service center any day. Their integrity and transparency make them stand out. Thank you so much, Arnold and your dad, for the amazing service. We ended up just buying a Tesla!
