I've been told different things by different representatives, and some of the information I was given turned out to be completely inaccurate. On top of that, communication can be very difficult because many of the customer service agents are hard to understand, which makes resolving anything take even longer. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer support makes this service not worth the hassle. Even though the internet itself works fine, dealing with the company is exhausting. I would strongly recommend looking at other providers before choosing Optimum.

It worked for about 5 min before saying the same thing. So I called Astound and was told that I was going to need someone to come out because something was wrong AGAIN! I've only had Astound for 2 months and a technician has been required twice within that time frame. So everything I've heard about Astound appears to be true! Very Dissappointed!

She informed me that I would have to pay for the entire billing cycle, which was three additional weeks. I asked her to cancel today and prorate the bill. She said she could not. Tamiqua was wonderful and I give her full credit however Spectrum continues to be a greedy corporation, not really interested in positive client relations.
