I've been going to DC Nails on and off for about eight years. I've been generally happy. This past week I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and had a pedicure, it lasted 25 minutes, and the person who did my pedicure seemed highly annoyed at everything. We didn't speak a word, so I am unsure what would have upset her. There was little to no massage at all included in this pedicure. For the amount that pedicures cost, the service that was provided did not match the price. I attempted to call twice to understand how long a pedicure is generally speaking, and no answer was provided to me. Unfortunately, because of this, I will not be back. These women do an exceptional job. I have used many manicurists and these ladies are some of the very best.

Prices are great, staff is kind, helpful and really take the time to make sure you are feeling good about their service. I've only had pedicures here(so far) but I have zero complaints! The prices are also very fair. I'll be visiting again! read more

The gal who did my manicure did an excellent job. However my feet look the same as when I walked in. I've never had a bad pedicure there. I think the youngest ladies are not thorough enough judging by my pedicure and my friends. Update: Been five days barely and two of my nails are cracked and have fallen off. This is the worst set of nails I've ever had. Unreal. I'd go back and complain but whose to say they'll do anything. I've seen how nail salons treat customers who complain. Damn. $50 wasted. read more

Pedicure was great and the gals in there were friendly. They just weren't wearing masks, and didn't enforce customers to wear one either.

I've been coming here for about ten years now, and in all that time I've only had one manicure that was just okay. I love the ladies who work there (ask for Mindy for a pedicure! She's the best!) and always enjoy chatting with them. They are professional and personable. They're taking COVID precautions seriously so don't be afraid to go in there! (Just, you know, where a mask) I will say there are two younger women who have recently started there who, in my opinion, aren't as good yet as the women who have been there for awhile. I haven't had a problem with this though and will gladly get my nails done by anyone. read more

I really love this nail salon...I have gotten my nails and toes done many, many times. All the ladies are very sweet and welcoming. I usually get acrylic nails with shilac and a shilac pedicure. Pedi by Anna was terrific; but the treatment at the front desk was bad--I called ahead and clearly requested this technician at my appointment, then was swapped when I got there. I'm a guy and need to have a pedicure every two weeks or my toe nails start to go wild. I'm very picky about who does my pedicure. I have checked other nail salons and they didn't quit cut it. That was before I found D C Nails and Mindy. Get the deluxe pedicure. OMG I wish I could do this every day. Pure luxury. They have the message chairs cold drinks and make sure your comfortable. They buff my finger nails so I don't need nail polish. I truly look forward to my visits. Have fun read more

A so-so salon. Pushy, very insistent that you get more services than you came in for. They do a good job but squeeze too many people in.

If you're sick... stay home! The lady that did my nails last week was so open with how sick she was. Coughing everywhere... not covering her mouth. So unprofessional and rude. In addition, she stopped every three minutes to answer her cell phone or send a text message. I'm sending this from my bed... where I've been since yesterday, sick! NOT GOING BACK!
