RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. Overall quite satisfied with Green Oak. Recommend.

He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. After being extremely reasonable on pricing and lighting-fast on responses, they scheduled and completed the work the day after signing. The team was efficient and respectful, with a huge attention to detail. Francisco was a good communicator and the shop can do truly custom work, not just assemble pieces from catalogs. We combined both, adding two custom design elements - longer end-piece loops at the street-end of the rails and semi-circles at the top, which curve around the existing wooden porch columns. Have been buying supplies from this company for a number of years. Bought some special order doors and even gave them a picture of what I needed in regards to measurements to 3 different people. Sales person (btw sales person came out and measured doors himself) Kirk Smith, Young lady that writes up the orders, and the General Manager Artie Clark. We took delivery of doors at site they were needed and we've got multiple sites. It wasn't until we were installing doors that we found that doors were the wrong size. Put the doors on the back of my truck and took them in to either get resized or return them. In going to the store General Manager told me that they wouldn't resize doors nor would they return doors. Cost of doors were $2418 total so this wasn't a couple hundred dollars where you save them and use them for another job. I've employed attorney and will keep you posted.
