A personal business philosophy I have is I never hire a company that knocks on my door, regardless of what they are offering. Sothernwood doesn't do that. Our roof had reached the manufactures "end of life" of 25 years. Why wait for a failure, so it was time. I did the research, liked what I saw with Southernwood. The estimate was in the middle of with quotes, but more importantly they listened and understood what I wanted. They did not try to upsell us or sell us something we didn't need. Andrew, the sales engineer, was the best. We have solar on the roof, both thermal and PV, and Southernwood was very flexible in regard to the time frame to get those removed. Their team came on the appointed day on time and were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. They were done by ~2pm, and cleaned everything to the point you never knew they were here.
