Peter White Contracting exceeded our expectations in every possible way.
Our project involved a complete kitchen remodel, including transforming a separate kitchen and dining room into one cohesive, functional space. From demolition through the final punch list, Peter and his team demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism, craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail.
One of the things that stood out immediately was their reliability. The crew arrived on time every day, worked full days, and consistently communicated what was happening and what to expect next. Having worked with contractors in the past who would disappear for days without notice, this level of professionalism was refreshing and greatly reduced the stress that often comes with a major renovation.
Communication throughout the project was excellent. Peter was always responsive, typically replying within 24 hours, and whenever an unexpected issue arose, he never simply presented a problem. Instead, he came to us with thoughtful solutions and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while keeping the project moving forward.
The quality of workmanship was outstanding. Every detail mattered to Pete and his team. They approached our renovation as if they were working in their own home, taking pride in every aspect of the project and refusing to cut corners. What impressed us most was that every member of the team seemed to genuinely care about getting the details right, not just getting the job done. Even after the major work was complete, they returned promptly to address punch list items and ensure everything was exactly right.
We would be remiss if we didn't specifically recognize Rolando and Danny, who were the primary members of the crew working in our home each day. They were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time every morning, worked hard throughout the day, treated our home with respect, and were consistently professional, friendly, and considerate. By the end of the project, we genuinely looked forward to seeing them each day. Major renovations can be stressful, but Rolando and Danny made the experience so much easier because we trusted them completely and knew the work was in good hands.
We were also incredibly impressed by how respectful and considerate the entire team was. They kept the work area as clean as possible at the end of each day and were always courteous and professional. We have two cats, and the team was consistently mindful of making sure they stayed safe and didn't accidentally get outside, which we greatly appreciated.
What truly set Peter White Contracting apart was the sense of ownership they took over the project. When scheduling adjustments were necessary, they coordinated them thoughtfully. For example, the few days they weren't on-site aligned with the period when our floors were being refinished, minimizing the disruption to our daily lives. That
level of planning and consideration made a huge difference.
Our project was completed on time, on budget, and with results that far exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love our new kitchen and could not be happier with the experience.
We plan to use Peter White Contracting for every future renovation project in our home. Between Pete's leadership, communication, and commitment to quality, and the outstanding work of Rolando and Danny, we truly could not have asked for a better team. They took ownership of the project from start to finish and treated our home as if it were their own. We recommend Peter White Contracting without hesitation. read more
