Fast forward 18 months and as others have reported, the follow up on repairs are not bad --- they're horrendous. Try and picture if you can what it was like to wait for a cable guy in the 90s -- someone who gave you a 12 hour window and then didn't show up and didn't respond when you called them. Let's start with the fact that the gate literally fell off an 18-month old fence. In what world does that happen? Then, when I called, and emailed to have it repaired, the person picked up and was pleasant and THREE times on three different occasions told me not to worry, that someone would be by between (pick your 3-4 hour time window) to fix it. They never showed any of the times, dodged phone calls, made excuses, and ignored me. They even had the audacity to leave read receipts on their texts so I know they got them and then they continued to ignore me. Do yourself a favor, find another fence company -- this one is a complete disaster.

But after a second inquiry asking for an opportunity to solve my issue I did respond that the job was already arranged with someone else. During the second visit, I stopped asking for cost, just gave a to do list then paid with CashApp when done. Subsequent jobs it was hard to get a response as to day/time. Although he seemed nice at first, after the first visit, felt like he was annoyed by me or something. I brushed it off as resting b-face but then communication became harder. He gave an excuse of phone issues but it seemed to ding and dong when he was here. For today's list I pushed and prodded to get a day/time. I did say that I would be home all day in order to work around his schedule. He said arrival 9:30-10am. Great, errands popped up but I moved somethings around to accommodate his arrival. Well after no show/no call, he rings me at 11:50 to say 12:30-ish. At this point I'm done. Getting a response and day/time commitments wore me out. Why am I chasing behind someone to work? My lists are like $500 each and are less than 8 hours of work. Sadly the professionalism that we started with crumbled and died a slow death.
