None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. We are very happy with our windows. Almost as happy as we are with the people who got them into our home.

RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. The free estimate happened within a few days and ended up being lower than the insurance-assessed quote. He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. After being extremely reasonable on pricing and lighting-fast on responses, they scheduled and completed the work the day after signing. Unfortunately, this company DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY and will charge fees after service. They should stand by their customers ----SO DISAPPOINTING!! (I should have just had my roof replaced, but they said I was a great candidate for Roof Maxx. Total waist of money. And I advertised for them. Two things right after the service. 1- There was Roof Maxx running off the roof and I asked if it was going to stay because it rained and they said it was OK. 2- with the skylights they made nail marks on the inside screened in porch. I told them that about a week later and no one ever called back. Of course I did not look up and so far I don't have a leak from the skylights.....of course if I did they would charge me $125 to come out and inspect prior to doing the work. Olani seemed very knowledgable and took a very long time to do his presentation. As any good sales person he was a little pushy but we get it he wants to sell. At the end of the presentation we had a few reservations about the fit of the product and I could see he started to get less patient and less polite. Later in the day me an my husband decided to pull the trigger and contacted him so he can send us the contract to review for signature. But he said he could not send a contract until he had a card or a check number. My husband told him that he needed to review the contract before because that is what any normal person would do before handing any money. Olani became very short and then proceeded to hang up the phone! Horrible manners from someone who claims to work for a company with stellar reviews which actually is not even true!
