Chris was able to ask me some simple questions about our AC. I'm definitely the type of person to be like "please ask my husband" haha but Chris was super friendly and reassuring! He took the time to explain the process and all the charges associated with fixing our AC. Erfan was able to fix it and get everything working smoothly without any hiccups. He was cautious about wearing shoe coverings anytime he was in the house and explained everything he was doing. Come to find out we don't need a new heat pump at this time whereas he could have really pushed us to buy one. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. And will not hesitate to use Behold in the future. This was our first time to use this company. Also, Jay did not charge us for the couple hours he spent with us!

Their pricing will blow You away and they are owned by Veterans and a lot of the staff are Veterans as well. We had been without a furnace for 4 winters and having to use space heaters...Well that is over thanks to Donovan who was the lead on this job and to Elliot Weiss who is also a lead, however Donovans assistant wasn't in so Elliot Hopped on to help. We now have a brand new Cold weather Heat Pump and it works insanely well. Heat pumps work very efficiently and they replace the two unit system with a single smaller out side unit that enables them to not only cool your home but also heat it in the winter. Also both The state of Colorado and Xcel energy offer rebates for these installs, that Veterans handles for You and they wait for it to be processed and paid by them, yet they don't make You wait for the install. I will never use anyone else!!!!!

This was urgent and now I have to find another plumber to fix the problem at the last minute. Sending stupid follow up messages saying oh we need this and we need that and we need something else before we will actually give you the appointment that we've already told you we have is unacceptable I work two jobs and I don't have time to play these games. If you say you have appointment get the information you need upfront or stop doing business on yelp. I'm sure they will respond with some sort of excuse, but this is ridiculous. It is amazing to me that they managed to find my phone number to talk to me about this review, but they couldn't be bothered to find my phone number to confirm the appointment. If someone doesn't respond to something like this, you need to try just a little bit hard harder. I hung up on this gentleman because he insisted on arguing and wanted me to take down my review because he didn't think it was fair. Too bad.
