With their almost perfect 5-star rating, I reached out and was surprised to have received a response within 10 minutes! I was on the books for the following day just like that. Tony was assigned to us and my partner told me this is going to be our guy from now on. There were a couple other people with him as well, but Tony definitely stood out to us. Tony goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. He is very acknowledgeable and we feel that we can trust him and this company. Our fairly big project was done in a few hours, which is awesome considering they had to scope it out, dig up some stuff, and lay down some new pipes. There were so many roots but they got them all out, even when it meant getting down and pulling out roots by brute strength. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

As a home owner I asked Jose specific question regarding timeline and procedure. He started to become agitated and raised his voice. I was shocked. I had already given him thousands of dollars and there was no going back. The day he finished the Job(which he didn't) He began to push me for immediate payment and become upset when I told him I needed to see the work. My renter then called and said that the floor (which Jose was supposed to put back after jackhammering and relaying concrete) was all messed and damaged. After calmly bringing this to Jose's attention he began to yell and curse and stated, " If I don't get my money, there's going to be a problem". Upon returning to the house Jose began to yell at my renter for calmly pointing out that the floor was not fixable. I asked him to go outside. I then looked and in my septic, Jose left all the old pipe laying at the bottom. He then told me, " what you going to bitch about that too". I informed them that I could not pay him full price as I had to repair my renters floor. Jose then balled up his fist and came toward me as if to fight me. I told him to back up or I would defend myself. This whole time Jose's helper is trying to calm him down as he is out of control. I gave him 3200 of 4000 because Of the floor damage and to diffuse the situation, he deserve much less. The septics still were not cleaned properly and the work was half ass. The whole duration Of the job I was on edge due to his conduct. Jose uses his size and appearance to try to intimidate but he's actually dishonest coward. This is my story and it's true. I'm learning from my mistakes. This proves my point. Jose was pushing me for payment while I was at work and began acting weird and upset when I wanted to see the work first. How unprofessional can you be Jose. I spent 10,000 dollars in total minus two septic pumps and I'm not allowed to Veiw the work on my own house . This guys story is all BS. Lifeproof flooring supposed to last 15 -25 years you liar. If you take off the baseboard first it's easier to take care of it. But it's not your flooring, you're just in a hurry to finish and get paid since you always show up late and cut corners. he Sent me a picture that makes the floor seems fine because it doesn't show the rest of it.
