I usually never write reviews but I feel I should about this place. My friend and I came here to get our nails done before a trip. The lady that did my nails did amazing and was so sweet. However the person that did my friends nail did horrible he was very rude and was not listening to anything she was saying. I love this place. They are always nice and pleasant and the work is great. The pedicures and manicures last forever. Lisa, the owner, is amazing. It is always fun catching up with her. Overcharged and made me pay 73$ and took forever. A mani pedi is not 73$ ANYWHERE. Did not do a good job either on the nails left a white dusty flour like residue on the skin of my toes. They made me wait forever in the chair and told me "2 minutes" to let my fingers soak in the water and I waited 20 minutes. I spent 2 hours in the salon. Ridiculous. read more

Andy, has been doing my nails for the past two years. He and his staff are the best in town. Not only do my nails look perfect every time , the nail polish last longer than most salons. Its a boutique salon, very quiet and relaxing and super clean. I highly recommend Dazzle nails, you will not be disappointed. read more

Terrible. Gross, old polish colors. Showed up on a Saturday morning to both women on their phones chatting away. While the actual file, buff and clean-up job was done well, the color job was awful. I asked the woman doing my nails to re-do them not once, not twice, but three times. The color was old, and made weird ripples on my nails as it 'dried' with a hot lamp rather than a fan which only created bubbles on top of the ripples. My husband got a pedicure from them yesterday. He said they were great! He gets pedicures frequently. He always has the deluxe pedicure. He said the person was awesome and at the end of the pedicure she gave him a 5 to 10 minute shoulder massage. $45.00 + tip. Definitely try Dazzle Nails! read more

During my pedicure, it was evident that Lisa studied reflexology based on her comments regarding muscles in my feet and how this may have caused tension in my shoulders. They lost my wedding reservation for three people I had made three weeks before. Kinda important to keep those. They had told me I got a free btl of wine for my wedding party when I booked. but ended up having to force them just to see us !!!! Took much convincing so we could get our nails done in time for my wedding. I smudged my toe and she fixed it with pretty feathers but my best friend got her toe gouged at pretty bad. I never write reviews, especially not bad ones but I feel that I should about this place. there was absolutely horrible service, and rude and impatient employees. I asked for gel acrylics and got what might as well have been Walmart glue ons. They are ridiculously long and when I asked for them to be cut, the guy doing my nails told me they don't cut them. When I noticed he wasn't doing acrylics I told him that I wanted acrylics and not what ever this is and he continued to do my nails the wrong way. I have never been here before so I figured they just did it differently for some reason. However, the lady that did my friends nails who was with me, did an outstanding job, she did the acrylics as they were supposed to be done and followed my friends requests. I have also been reading other reviews and it seems that the only problem with this place is the guy working there and I think he should be fired or trained how to do things the correct way. Tyler is the absolute best! I had got my nails done by another place in town, (picture with lite pink) and they did an awful job. Tyler fixed them right up! He did a beautiful job! I'm totally astonished at Cindy B's scathing review. I really like Dazzle Nails - they've always done a nice job for my mani/pedi's. I gave them 4 stars since I only give 5 stars to luxury spas (if deserved). But as a neighborhood nail salon, they are GREAT! They even give you a shoulder massage as part of the service. The staff is friendly and courteous, the place is clean, offering beverages and asking about comfort in the massage chairs. I totally recommend Dazzle Nails as ma neighborhood favorite! read more

I was very upset with this nail salon, if you want to call it that. There was a full size refrigerator sitting in the middle of the salon. The technicians were all over the board and the four technicians could not even agree on a price in order for me to pay for my services. The salon was dirty and I watched tools being re-used without being cleaned. I also saw a girl sitting in a communal chair and laying her head on a gross pillow in order to wax her eyebrows. I had the worst acrylic experience. I asked the lady not once but three times to correct the way she shaped my nail and she didn't understand. I asked for square but she gave me a crooked triangle. My color job was also sloppy. Not a single nail looks the same. Save your $30. read more

I literally JUST vwalked out of this establishment extremely disappointed. I hope for their sake that it was just an off day but it still doesn't excuse mistreating your clientele. The manager/ store owner was obviously upset at all the repeated calls from his staff calling off for the day and the two coming in 15 minutes late, but instead of being rude to them he was rude to me. The pedicure was ok. Not a lot of work done on my cuticles at se Rall but at least the polish job was ok. The manicure was horrendous skipped my cuticles all together left the nail polish all thick and goopy and then rushed me to pay twice!!!! The first time I told him that the Polish was still wet and that I didn't want to ruin it the second time I gave in ruined 4 out of ten nails including ruining my purse by staining it with polish. He saw all of this and proceeded to ask if I wanted my receipt copy, no offer to fix no apology on the rushing. Manager was very persistent saying he had a wax appointment and wanted to make sure I pay before I leave. Paid and left. Currently at city market buying nail polish remover pads for the butchered manicure that would have taken an hour to dry it was so gooped on. Will not be back. Too angry to ask for a refund would rather leave the review. Also made me feel uncomfortable by speaking ill of my manicurist in edwards. Gave them a shot bc I was in the area but in the future I'll drive the extra miles to edwards read more

The man who did my manicure nipped my cuticle pretty bad. Two days later I had a bad infection. This made holding my ski pole very uncomfortable. I went back to complain and the man acted like he had never seen me before. read more

My toes are pretty! What can I say. Simon was awesome and the owner was very sweet as well. It's definitely a no frills kind of place, i didn't try to get my usual nail art or anything, but I got a nice gel pedicure and was even offered as much delicious hot jasmine orange tea as I wanted. :) I recommend.
