I had a mold problem in my attic. This was caused by poorly done insulation in the original construction which ended up blocking soffits, reducing airflow through the attic and causing ice dams. A mess. Dayspring responded very quickly and sent people out to evaluate the problem fast. All my contacts with them were timely and satisfying. They had to remove all the insulation, remediate the mold, etc. The team they sent out was Ryan and Jonathan, though several others came out to help part of the time. They were all excellent. They had to work under difficult conditions since the temperature was very hot and the soffits were blocked by messed up insulation so there was no air flow in the attic. Because the problem was mold, they took precautions and wore protective equipment and built a containment barrier. It took a few extra days to get the job done since a piece of equipment was not available right away. But that is a small problem given the quality of my interactions with the company and the work done by its people. I would definitely call them again for any future problems. read more
