The service tech literally walked off the job after having non-stop conversations with Kelley the entire time he was in our home, all of 20 minutes. He showed up earlier than the text stated, and then didn't complete the job. Also, BMS reduced their workers insurance coverage and no longer moves any items to clean under like the original owners did. I was incredibly disappointed to learn it wasn't managed by Dave and his wife any longer. The level of professionalism and customer service is nothing like they provided in the past. And the new owners aren't forthright in telling you it's under new management. It's "oh, the system has been upgraded, let's get your information put back in" when you call to schedule as a repeat customer of Dave's. And, be sure, if you do use them, to pay at the time of service or you get some money desperate jacked up legal team in NJ threatening you with passive aggressive commentary in group messages within a week.

Also, their long hose attached to the van leaked a line of chemical across our front lawn killing grass. Bill showed up in a Prius and changed all that. His equipment was smaller and environmentally safe. He spent extra time to get some stains out, explained some of the chemistry behind his methods and was extremely thorough. When I originally scheduled, I was under the impression I would be getting a thorough clean of my windows, including the tracks and screens. Mike knew this was a post construction job, so it needed a more thorough clean up. Upon arrival, Mike told me they for sure will do the screens, but did not have time to do the tracks and to let him know that I wanted that next time. I thought I had made that clear when scheduling a post construction clean up. Anyway, he assured me the screens would be cleaned, but after he had left, I was disappointed to find the screens had been put back full of dust and dirt. When I contacted Mike about this, all he had to say was he would try harder next time. He didn't even apologize or offer to make it right. This was an expensive service to have done, to have to go back and do part of the job myself. Mike still has not offered to do anything to make right.
