Best donuts in town! I also really love the variety offered every day. The filled donuts are very tasty and the Cale doubts are divine!

Great donuts. But for some reason they can't figure out how to make enough to last past 9 am on a Sat.

London gave great customer service, the old fashion glaze was good, and the ice cream was delicious. I will be back.

From the moment…read morewe arrived, it was easy to see why this family-owned orchard has such a great reputation. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions, creating a relaxed, hometown atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The fresh peach we bought was absolutely incredible--perfectly ripe, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the difference that comes from fresh, locally grown fruit. We also treated ourselves to a cherry sundae, which was refreshing, delicious, and the perfect way to cool off on a warm day. The real surprise, though, was the apple cider donuts. We bought half a dozen thinking they'd last a while, but they disappeared much faster than expected! They were soft, fresh, perfectly coated in cinnamon sugar, and easily some of the best donuts we've had. If you're driving through Alpine or exploring Utah County, Burgess Orchards is definitely worth a stop. Whether you're looking for fresh fruit, homemade treats, or just a fun local experience, this place delivers. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in the area, and we'll probably leave with even more peaches and donuts than we did this time! Check out our video on our socials @reessroots

I ended up buying some snacks, eggs and produce. The produce section is very minimal and basic. I only bought some apples, bananas and some lemons. So I didn't get a good look at the offerings, but there's a chance you might not find what you are looking for unless is a basic produce staple. The green apples had lots of bruising and some damage to ten, so I had to sort through several before finding ones I liked. The bakery section had tons of yummy treats I'd never seen in other stores. But it was Sunday so the bakery itself was closed. The aisles all seemed to be well stocked. I found what I was looking for including a dozen eggs for $6.99. It's a lot pricier here than other bigger chain grocery stores. That hurt a bit. Checkout was abysmal as only one check stand open, and the checker was either new, or not the brightest, as he was like a sloth in no hurry to move quickly. He was friendly tho. I'll definitely give it another try when I'm feeling better and do price comparisons on what I normally buy to see how much more pricey it is. But overall I appreciated the cleanliness and the fact it wasn't packed with shoppers.

Where are my Kevin Bacon fans at?! The store is spacious and a bit bigger than I'm used to. Employees are friendly and eager to help. I was pretty happy when they still carried dole whip here, but saddened to know they ran out of the regular dole whip mid-day. The only dole whip available when I came was the orange dole whip. Nevertheless, great customer service and fast checkout.

Kimmie is as sweet as they come - she makes you feel like she's your long-lost aunt who welcomes you to her shop and can/will make any candy/chocolate concoction your heart desires, she really is "YOUR personal kandy maker". Upon entering her lovely shop, she has a table full of samples that she offers you to see what you like or gravitate to. I've had the privilege of tasting her salted caramels - they are to die for! A MUST have! My favorites so far: salted caramels, milk chocolate roasted almonds bark with buttery vanilla caramels, freeze-dried taffy (I had no idea till I tried hers that I liked freeze-dried taffy!). Recently, I requested her to make: Almond chocolate nougat and buttery vanilla caramel, and homemade marshmallows. It was so good! Kimmie is mostly an online business but she sometimes holds an open house so you can come and see her candy shop in person and try samples!

Not only did the restaurant get a makeover, but so did the menu. The food was okay! I would argue it's about the same quality as what the old kitchen was serving but the menu is completely different. My breakfast sandwich was comically large. The pancakes -- heavy emphasis on "cakes" -- were so sweet. The hollandaise on the Benedict and the potatoes were seasoned well. (They "ran out" of ketchup so that was a bummer.) Everything was good but not necessarily something to write home about. The environment is the star of the show! Well decorated, great seating, and beautiful views. I hadn't been to the Ridge Cafe since before Covid, so it was fun coming back to see and taste the changes of ROR. For the views alone, give Royal On Ridge a try.

The breakfast croissant sandwich was huge, but the bacon wasn't at all cooked and all four of us that ordered it sent our bacon back to the kitchen to be cooked more. The potatoes looked amazing, but I didn't think they were that great. Everyone said their food was fine, but no raving reviews. The best thing ordered by our table was the Goat Cheese appetizer. This was yummy! Highly recommend. Overall, won't be making the drive for this place again.
