This place should be rated higher but appears the poor reviews are really old. I can save you some time in saying THIS is the best bang for your buck for a pool day. Especially for the VIP amenities if you're coming with a group. The vibes are on point and there's only really one area I saw that needed improvement. Pros: If you're reserving a daybed or cabana, the price is F&B minimum and not a rental fee. This is one of the few properties offering this and because of that alone, I'd continue to come back time after time! Easy to book online, we kept multiple cards on file for each group of our party instead of having to have 1 single ticket at the end. 21 and over makes ALL the difference. The DJ was cranking the hits from several genres that would make Gen Z and millennials proud. The pool is a decent size. The amenities of the cabana are awesome and it even has a fridge. Security informed us that you are also able to bring 2 sealed water bottles inside. They allow Stanley or thermos cups as long as they are empty. They offer ice water for free at the bar. Plenty of towels were included. Our server Makona was SO attentive. She didn't miss a beat on drink or food orders and kept everything flowing at an awesome pace! The food was pretty good and drinks strong but refreshing. They have events and were advertising for Ludacris which sounded like a blast. I hope I can come back and have my birthday here in August. Cons: the line to enter the main pool area moved SO slow. Tips, have all your party there at once so you can enter together. Otherwise each guest will have to wait in that long line as they arrive. I was there about 40 minutes which seemed a bit excessive. I came about 1115 AM for a reference point and it didn't seem that busy to be so long. There is a line for general admission purchases and hotel guests that moved faster. Waiting so long takes away from your pool time so get there early if possible. The security guard gave us some pro tips while we waited in line which was nice. The price WILL Change based on demand. We booked two weeks in advance which made it easier on us. Do not try to book VIP same day and think the price will be the same, you will be in sticker shock if you don't have it like that lol. Not really a con but just a tip. Overall I hope they keep their current practices in place so I can keep coming back. All my friends were happy and agreed it was money well spent! read more

The theme of this summer is local dayclubs, and DayDream at the M has to be one of my absolute favorites as a local. My friends and I decided to spend Memorial Day weekend at the pool altogether. We booked a reservation for a cabana at DayDream earlier in the week. The best part about this spot is that you just have to do a minimum spend. Because it was a holiday weekend, it was a little more than usual, but trust me, when you have 10 people splitting a cabana, it's not that hard haha. To get the to dayclub, you do have to wait in the normal line at the pool to check in so they can give you a wristband so you can get into their dayclub area. Our server was amazing (wish I remembered her name) but she did a great job taking care of us. The pool at first wasn't too crowded but it definitely got a lot more crowded as the day went on. It was also a holiday weekend and I've come here before not on a holiday weekend and it's still a good buzz but not too wild. Our cabana was so nice! I loved it. We also asked for a beer pong table to be brought out and our cocktail waitress brought that out, too. Definitely think we will be coming back here again this summer! Soooo fun! read more

The 21+ adult pool located at the M resort is pretty much like any other in Vegas but on the smaller, relaxed side. We had free entry with our hotel stay, so the lady and I went to check it out. Loud, hip-hop and pop music navigated by a local DJ poolside. Booties on duty. Everyone with a drink in their hand. You shouldn't actually swim though cuz that's not like, cool. So, the water does appear still and transparent more than half the time. And really "looks" clean, not cloudy. Here, a little less attitude though and the smaller sized pool is actually not packed with drunken fools and those who justify the higher chlorine content by emptying their bladders. Let me just say this. I wasn't chased out or given the stink eye even with the protruding umbilical hernia I had at the time- and I even have had this kind of discrimination at my gym of all places.. My belly button is all repaired now and looks fabulous so if we stay here again, I can't wait to show off my sexy dad bod one day in the future...! read more

This is just a fun adults-only pool party, with outstanding customer service (shout out to our server, Jae), great cocktail menu, and a terrific DJ. Splurge for a cabana rental ($500 food/drink minimum and can include up to 10 people) because you'll want to spend the entire day here. read more

I've been wanting to tryout the Daydream "club" for awhile now. The last time I stayed at the M it was winter and the pools were not open. I must say the pools at the M are the most well kept and clean pools at any resort in Vegas. Pricing is a little confusing. I'll see if I can explain...if you are staying at the resort you get free regular entry to the pool. Then there are $$$ options for people not staying or if you are renting a cabana. We rented a cabana and it is $50 rental fee and then a minimum spend of 375. You can have up to 6 guest in cabanas. So it is a good deal if you are splitting it with others. They have a full service bar with bottle and pitcher service as well as food. Our total bill for 4 people was around 350...so they still charged us 375. Honestly that is the going rate at any cabana rental in Vegas but I think it is overpriced being that we were the only cabana rental the entire day. We went mid week so it was not busy at all. However, on the weekends they have a live DJ during the day so it is probably busier. I think it is a great option if you are staying at the resort but idk if it is worth the fees just for the day. Make sure you check out their website and reserve you tickets for entry before going. Sometimes they run promos. read more

After some poolside yoga, my friends and I decided to stick around to check out Daydream Pool. I gravitated towards Daydream versus the GA pool because it's kid free. My first visit here was during Memorial Day weekend, and it got pretty packed. We were unable to find seating but that didn't stop me from laying out on a towel. The DJ played EDM and the pool was livened up by some awesome floaties. Because it was so busy, it was impossible to get drinks at the bar. My group actually walked out of the club pool to the main pool to get drinks. Drinks aren't cheap either! A standard mimosa is $10 and a specialty cocktail is $16. On my second visit, we arrived much earlier and were able to snag some lounge chairs! The cocktail waitress was super nice and let our group of 3 split checks. I ordered some sweet potato fries ($6), which came in a massive to-go container. A huge plus to this pool is that water is provided free of charge! There's some cups and and a water dispenser located near the bar. Aside from the steep drink prices, this is fun pool to visit over the summer. YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2017: #22 read more

So upbeat! Kids are expected at hotel pools, but it was refreshing to have music, patrons in the pool smiling and sipping on large plastic adult sip cups/ beers with no children crying, screaming or splashing around me. This is an adult pool and it was very relaxing for me. This day people in and out of the pool were happy, but not loud or obnoxiously drunk. This pool is a rectangular style pool that is smaller than the main M pool. There is a hot tub at the end. Kids are fun, but it was nice to have discovered a sanctuary like this. Bring your ID. read more

Daydream Pool: Daydream the pool club at M resort is open Noon-7pm Thursday, Friday 11am-7pm Saturday and Sunday When I called here to find out if local ladies are free (yes they are) they neglected to tell me they where closed on Tuesday, so after getting ready and heading over the pool staff at Villaggio del Sole told us we couldn't come in and sent us on our merry way. We wanted to hang out at Villaggio del Sole but that costs $15.00 even for local ladies so we said forget it considering South Point was down the street and completely free. My sister and I where very in love with M Resorts look over all and wanted to give it another chance at the pool last Thursday so we came back. First we went over to Daydream Pool. Daydream was fun for awhile, but just like rehab or any other adult pool in Vegas there seemed to be mostly men "sharks" sizing up every woman that walked in. And some woman too drunk to handle themselves. The DJ was playing a lot of rap and r&b.....(and she wasn't actually mixing any of the music herself more of a disc jockey rather then a DJ). After ordering a couple drinks each $8.00 (one long island and one wine) we left to the other side Villaggio del Sole. First my sister had to close her tab, the bar tender was really rude she talked to my sister as if she was stupid by telling her she had to go find her waitress in order to close out, "See I'm a bartender NOT your waitress" in a very rude tone. Well we only spent $40.00 in drinks here but alright we'll go track down our waitress..... After waiting a good 10 min. we got to close our tab and leave Daydream. Villaggio Pool was more calm and relaxing. The pool had very few kids and wasn't over crowded when we went. We ordered two more drinks from the bar at Villaggio del Sole the long island was now $15.00 instead of the $8.00 we paid on the other side. Might want to ask how much the drinks are before you order them... Bottom line I love both pools, Villaggio in particular. Beautiful, fun, and relaxing,...but because customer service means a lot to me I am only giving 3 stars. I have rented a room there this week, going to give the spa, hotel, and pool another try. Look for my review on M resort later this week. xo read more

I'm hesitant to give this place five stars because it is a gem and not that crowded and I would hate to see that change! You can actually move around in the pool and the music/DJ is not as overpowering as other pools. We had a bachelorette party here in one of the cabanas and it was just perfect. Our waitress (I think her name was Kris) was so attentive and made the party really fun. She brought us beer pong, kept the drinks cold and refreshed, and was phenomenal when there was a mix up with our food. The cabana was clean complete with a freezer, sink and TV. Obviously you can't bring your own alcohol here but it was a great way to keep our drinks cold. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to others! read more

If you're a local looking for some dayclub pool scene without the hassle of driving down to The Strip, Daydream is for you. If you're looking to go to a dayclub without the pretentious rules and waiting in long TSA lines like the ones on The Strip, then Daydream is also for you. Make sure you park in the open air lot. Daydream and the general pool area are easily accessible if you park there. It's located next to the Spa. Don't park in the parking garage....it'll be a farther walk. Yes, this dayclub is on the smaller side but even on a summer weekend, the place did not feel crowded at all. My party of 10+ and I got a daybed and we had a great time. We were here from noon-4 ish. Security was friendly, nobody acted like douchebags and our cocktail waitress, America, was very attentive to us from start to finish. The DJ played a really good mix; he definitely kept the party alive and going. They also got some oversized fun pool floaties. Finally got a picture op with the pretty white swan. Oh, and that champagne shower was the cherry on top of a great day. read more

DayDream - Anniversary - Swimming Pools Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

As a local, Daydream used to be one of my favorite summer pools. They have a great dj, drink and food prices were relatively reasonable, local ladies were free, and I believe entry for all others was only $10. You could get a lounger, daybed, or cabana by meeting a food and beverage minimum for your party. Even though it is a bit far away, it was always a great place for a fun pool day, especially if you didn't want to deal with the madness of a Strip pool party. Unfortunately, I was a bit dismayed at how Daydream has changed this year. The good news is that dj is still good, the pool area lovely, and all of the servers are very friendly and check on you throughout the day. However, it seems that Daydream has lost it's love for locals. Now, entry is $20 if you are not a hotel guest (and yes, that includes ladies), and there are flat fees for the loungers, beds, and cabanas, no matter how much you spend on food and beverage. Obviously this is a money making tactic, because most people will spend a good amount anyway on drinks at a pool party, so the flat fee just adds to what the pool recoups. One of the managers said it was because people were leaving before reaching the minimum or skipping out on the bill, but that's why you secure the amount with a credit card up front- easy. I understand that they want to maximize profits, but now Daydream has lost the very thing that set them apart and makes it a little less appealing, especially for locals. I still have some love for Daydream, but I hope it doesn't turn into a local's nightmare. read more

Beautiful. Beautiful. This really is a nice pool party venue. Then again the regular pool area at M Resort is HELLA nice too. We came here on account of a local OC dj I know was spinning at this hotel during the long weekend. There was no cover on the list. There wasn't much of a guestlist (though we did come pretty late with about an hour and half to spare.) and the guy just stamped us in. We were seated a bit far away from the dj booth so the music of the speakers didn't travel far enough so I heard a mix of the dj's music and the main music over the pool area loud speakers. The place itself is super clean and the cabanas are just really nice too. It really felt tropical. :) And the lounge chairs are oh so so so comfy. Definitely a place to go to if you are looking for a nice pool to lounge at. :) read more

We went on 8/05/17. We got a Daybed. I would not get a Daybed again. It's a $50 reservation fee and $250 for the bed but the $250 is cancelled out if you spend $250 on drinks and food. We really didn't need the Daybed as we just sat by the poolside anyway. The Cabanas are more but worth it if you have enough people to cover the charge, $400 I think. The Cabanas have a TV which would be great for NFL Sundays. The DJ seemed to play new music that nobody knew. The music was loud which would have been okay If I knew any of the songs. We went the next day without the Daybed and the music was better, a different DJ. Overall, it was okay. No children and a bit Meat Marketish, but I'm sure every day is a bit different. read more

We came here and got a cabana among our group of friends and it was the perfect day out. The sun was shining and the water felt great. I'm so about pools now and want to check them all out. DayDream - Cabana #11 Pool time! I love this place - Swimming Pools Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

My friends and I all came here for their UNLV graduation celebration. First time here and now I Love this day club. They play great music (hip hop and R&B). We got a cabana which was really nice and sits at least 10 persons comfortably. There's a sink, a flat screened TV, and outlets to charge your phone. Everything your group orders goes towards the total price of the cabana so that worked out PERFECTLY!!!! The food is absolutely delicious here. We had buffalo chicken wings and philly cheese steak sandwiches. My taste buds were very happy with the quality. The pool is so beautiful and well kept. I can't wait to return!!!! It's so relaxing here I could come every day. read more

Although the day dream pool is only a 21 and over pool i find that the main pool is so much more fun to hang out at. Day dream pool is small but if you are into super loud club scene music and just there to stand in the water and to look cute, cool or hot ( o yeah don't forget to hold your cold beer or chick drink) and hoping someone will could notice you to ask you for digits. Then this is definitely your pool. It ain't for me. But the main pool has cabanas and some have huge seats under the tree by the main entrance that can have shade and sun, (recommended) and they also have day beds ( not worth paying for so uncomfy if you will eat or drink) so there if your down and loud day dream is your pool. Happy posing in the water to be cute and cool ! Hehehehe. read more

DayDream - Swimming Pools Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

The first & last time I'd come to an event at the Daydream Pool/The Pool Club at M Resort - whatever you want to call it. My friend invited me to a "Reggae Night Swim" on a Thursday night from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. with free admission & open bar from 8 - 9 p.m. My friends & I arrived at 8 p.m. to go to open bar, however, the line was incredibly long & moving incredibly slow. By the time we got to the front, they said they reached capacity & are allowing people to go in as they leave. I wasn't expecting the Daydream Pool to be an issue to get into. We saw many people leaving, but we weren't being let in. We missed open bar at that point. There is also no bathroom, which means you have to leave & go inside the M. As long as you have a stamp, you can go in & out as you please going through people waiting in line. Once we were let in, the security mentioned to each other that they need to start asking the people who are leaving, if they're leaving for the night. When we walked in, it wasn't crowded at all. It's a small venue, but I felt like there were more people waiting outside than being inside. We had friends wait in line to get a drink at the bar while the rest of us hung out at the jacuzzi, but a lot of time went by & even I hopped in the line behind them as they didn't move at all. We made a decision that it wasn't worth it to wait & buy drinks because we're just going to leave. It makes me wonder if we would have even gotten drinks if we made it for open bar. There was still an incredibly long line outside as we left at 10:30 p.m. & I wanted to tell them it's not worth it. & to top it all off, they weren't even playing reggae music. They played it for 5 min. My friends & I were just trying to have a chill night, but it was a fail. I originally wrote this review thinking it was the M Pool, but apparently, they're separate & the M Pool is the main pool & a bigger venue, which is where they should have done this event. I love the M, but I'd say an event at the Daydream Pool is a no-go. read more

This is my absolute favorite pool in town. It's large enough not to feel crowded and there are plenty of places to get a quiet little spot for you and your friends to relax and enjoy a nice day out by the pool. The service is pretty good and they keep good tabs of your requests and needs. Our server checked up on us regularly and even remembered all of our names and memorized our drink orders. Women should take advantage now during the summer with free admission. Definitely worth a trip down to the south side of town. read more

I have been going to the M pool since you have opened. It is close to my house and it is always a good time with our friends. This year we will not be going as often or possibly at all with the new management and $20 per person charge just to get in. The M has never been outwardly friendly to locals and this is no different. If you were to offer a season pass per person or couples/family, I would be apt to going as get my moneys worth. I would even be willing to pay $100 for a season pass to use the pool and every time I go I am sure to spend money on drinks and food. $20 per person per visit is too much. You need to bring people into the casino to make money and we will not coming as often with pricing like this. Also when we were there on Sunday it seemed a bit over staffed. Granted the weather probably kept people away but the staff who were there were very inattentive to us (offered drink menu but never returned for an order) especially given the fact that the pool was not crowded at all. I really hope your staff actually read this and make changes to your pricing. For $20 a visit I can go to a lot of other places in town read more

One of my favorite pools in Las Vegas & it is off the strip I enjoy it because usually locals go here & it never really gets too crowded here. You can always find a seat (well the times I have gone, I found a place to lay by the pool) However, when it does get too crowded (as those days may come) it is hard to find space in the pool since mostly alot of dayclubs (pool) are small. The cabanas/bottle service is pretty affordable and they have a great choice of music. The service is good and they do a good job in checking on you which is surprising. Lastly, local girls over 21 has free entry (last time I checked, I dont know if its changed now) Other than that, its $10 for locals & I am not too sure how much it was for non-locals but I dont think it was expensive at all! read more

This beach club is located at the M Resort. We went here for Reggae Night on a Thursday night and it was really disappointing. They had open bar for an hour, but they had already reached capacity when we got there. With that said, we didn't get to partake in happy hour, and the line was way too long to get in. We waited around in a restaurant near the pool until the line calmed down, but even when we went back in the line, it was still long. It took a while to get to the resort because there was so much traffic, so we decided to still give the pool club a shot. It took an hour to get in, which is ridiculous because I never had to wait an hour in the popular ones on the strip. When we finally got in, we had to wait in another long line to get drinks. Also, it was kind of dark and the music wasn't as loud as it should've been, so that all killed the vibe. Most likely not coming back. read more

I'm a local and have been to many resort pool cabanas, this is as good as I could hope for! Age range for our group of 7 was 29-50 (but very young at heart). Went for the first time 04.19.15 and had the best time! F&B minimum for cabana is $400, we cashed out at $800 (easy to do, so be aware of what you are ordering!). Our cabana host, Josh, was amazing, he kept checking up on us and making sure we had whatever we needed. It is a small pool, but the number of people allowed in is limited, so never felt overcrowded. DJ played great variety all day. We started with the Import Beer chest ($139) with 24 beers (mixed how we wanted it) and it was the best deal for us. If your group drinks beer, just order the chest, forget about the buckets! Bottle prices were reasonable (for Vegas). Ordered lunch and everything was very good. Impressed how quickly it came out. I wish I could remember our cabana server's name (Ashley, maybe?), hopefully Josh can remember (3rd cabana down on right), if they have the same cabanas every weekend) because I want her to get the credit she deserves. I highly recommend and I will be back! read more

The family pool is a lot better. The bartenders and staff are so horrible. We got a daybed yesterday and they charged us $300 plus a $50 resort fee, what the hell is a resort fee? The waitress was friendly but it took us 30 minutes to get our drinks everytime we ordered them, she forget to put our food order in, she never brought me a drink that i ordered. If you're gonna goto a pool and spend 400-500 for a few hours atleast bring us our drink in 5-10 minutes. The pool was filled with old people, i seen an 85 year old woman swimming in it. Came here on a Thursday evening for their night swim. The charge for a local female was 10$ at the door. We got into the pool for about 15 min before they kicked everyone out because someone had thrown up in the water. That was the end of the pool for the rest of the evening. They did nothing to clean it and get the party goers back inside. One of the girls in my party had a migraine so she hung out on one of the lounges and closed her eyes. The rest of us spent a hundred dollars at the bar. The prices were a little pricy for how empty this place was. Thirty minutes after my friend had closed her eyes for a bit she had 4 security guards and a manager gathered around her. They didn't ask her to open her eyes or tell her that closing her eyes while laying was prohibited... instead they decided that the proper procedure was to escort our entire group off of the M property. They rudely followed us to our car and treated us as if we were causing a ruckus and throwing up or acting a fool. A simple "get you can't nap here" would have sufficed but instead we got kicked out.. couldn't finish our drinks and basically paid for nothing. None of us were intoxicated and had barely had half of our drinks. This place is a joke. STAY AWAY. read more

I got a Cabana for my Husband's birthday this past Sunday 8/14/17. I'm giving this place three stars because reserving was super easy, the place was nice and not crowded, and overall, my husband and his friends had a good time. My frustration is that I personally went down that morning to show them my ID and Credit Card, as well as to pay for the $450 minimum and $50 rental fee. They said that was fine, pre-authorized my card and had me sign a receipt saying I will pay the first $500 of the bill. I asked them if I should leave my card and ID with my husband, they said it wasn't necessary. I asked them again if everything was taken care of because I would be at work and won't be able to come back. They said yes everything is fine. I left and sure enough halfway through my shift, get a call that they need a photo of the front and back of my card. When I asked why they said they only pre-authorized my card for $50 instead of $500 and that they would have to run it again for the remaining or charge my husband. Well obviously this is my gift to him so I don't want him to pay, and as inconvenient as it was to pull me from work for a few minutes, as long as I got the $500 paid for, I was happy. The supervisor apologized, thanked me for my card info and said they were going to charge me $500 as planned. However, on my way home, I tried to use that card to put gas in my car, when it got declined! Baffled, I check my account to discover the M charged me $700 for the total cost and then charged me $500 for the amount I authorized initially!!! I understand that mistakes happen and apparently the server is the one who accidentally charged the wrong amount on the card. I get it, but now it's going to take 8 business days for me to get the $700 back into my account!! I have bills coming out and now have to be inconvenienced to explain to my bank to allow the bills to process because the money will be put back into my account soon. I work for one of the top wedding chapels in Las Vegas, and the 6,000 couples that get married with us each year, and their families, are constantly asking us for recommendations on fun things to do. I was excited to maybe start recommending the M Pool, but will definitely have to think twice, as I'm not sure if this is typical or not with this Pool. Maybe I'll give them another chance, to make up for the experience, but I cannot refer our couples there if this is something that will happen to them. read more

I've been here many times this summer. Definitely reserve a cabana. Unlike other hotels on LV Blvd, you don't have to fight so much with other patrons or pay ridiculous prices to get a good spot. Everyone please beware of booking cabanas at Daydream at the M. We booked one for my birthday using the website and were told that we would get all but a $50 deposit back if we cancelled within 48 hrs of the scheduled day in a confirmation email. We cancelled 4 days prior due to an illness, they "denied" a refund for the entire amount that we had already PAID in FULL ($540), and refused to transfer the Cabana to a later date! this company is extremely shady, it's hard to get a hold of anyone and they are not true to their word. read more

On June 30th me and a group of at least 15 locals came to Daydream with a cabana to celebrate June birthdays. We spent $1000 and were still treated like absolute trash before the venue closed. We can tell you none of us will ever return to the M resort. I would drive a mile down the street and gladly spend that money at the Southpoint or the Silverton have always treated me with the utmost respected as a client and a southern highlands resident. Our friend was waiting for her debit card and the security was telling us we needed to exit the vicinity. The server Melissa was on our side about staying to gather our stuff but security was absolutely out of line and the rudest I have EVER dealt with. We even had plans to return the following weekend for another cabana. I would never recommend their pool to anyone after how we were treated. Take your business to a pool with more respect to their clients. read more

Our cabana was given away and we opted to buy chairs for a $50 F&B minimum after the whole ordeal. After waiting an hour to even get a server to acknowledge us we had the worst service ever. We were offered a comped cabana for a later time but then when we tried to use it they would not let us. Have not had worst service at any other pool. read more

We went to the Daydream pool this weekend and it was great! This place is off the strip and a lot less crowded. If you're wanting a day to sit back listen to some beats, have a few drinks and people watch this is the place for you. If you're looking for the typical crazy pool party I would pass on Daydream. What we liked about it was the atmosphere and the price. 6 of us got a cabana, 1 bottles of belvedere, 3 buckets if beer, several mixed drinks and good for 480 dollars including tip. The cabana is also spacious.Had a tv, fridge, freezer, sink and a large couch with 4 lounge beds. Pool is not very big and towards the end of the day gets full. However they have a limited number of reservations which keeps it from being overly crowded. Toni was our server and was great! The hotel has a Escalade that can pick you up off the strip for 45 dollars and also takes you back for 45. I don't think you can get a cab for that price. We will definitely be back to this pool again on your next trip! read more
