I'm so conflicted with my review of this place. I really…read morewanted to fall in love because of how spacious and cozy the interior is - and because of how friendly the staff was! But I'll start with the bad. I got an iced Americano. The espresso was fine, but there were so many coffee grounds in my drink that kept getting in my mouth with every sip. Also tried their iced matcha latte. If you're a fan of matcha, skip this place. Pretty sure they use pre-made matcha. They said it's already pre-sweetened when I was ordering because I asked for no sweetener or syrups. It wasn't very good :/ Finally I'm a sucker for home baked goods. So I got a blueberry muffin. It's definitely store bought. Tasted like the kind you can get from Walmart. Definitely not bad, just wasn't what I was hoping for. But the inside is beautiful. I would love to sit and stay a while if their drinks or pastries were any good. Also the staff were wonderful! So nice and welcoming. Honestly there are so many other coffee shops that are so much better. I probably won't be back sadly. Overall rating: 2.8/10

You also have the option of ordering inside or at their drive through window, where they often find me and my pup when the weather is nice. After coming here frequently for over five years now my only real complaint is that it's hit or miss on service. Sometimes I'm greeted cheerfully and and orders are being made quickly. Other times it takes several minutes to be acknowledged at the cash register and the crew seems to be more focused on each other than getting orders out.

It's also much larger than I expected and has a lovely patio out front with lots of tables. They have a large food menu with typical cafe eats as well as dinner entrees. QUICK REVIEW (read this if you don't want to read this whole review): Try the potato pancakes. Great food and service. Slightly more elevated cafe. Busy during peak morning/afternoon hours and most likely less busy in the evenings. I have not been in the evening yet. Free parking lot and free wifi. FOOD - there are lots of food options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have sandwiches, salads, pizza, and pastries. I arrived around 10:20am so I wanted breakfast. I read that the croissants are okay but I haven't tried them. I ordered the potato pancakes, blueberry hibiscus tea (hot) as a dine-in order plus a slice of almond cake as a takeout order. The potato pancakes ($19) was delicious. It comes with 3 thick potato pancakes topped an egg on the center and with bacon bits spread all over. The potato pancakes also come with sour cream on the side which I didn't realize so I moved that to the side of my plate because I don't like or eat sour cream. I would order the potato pancakes again as a savory breakfast item but $19 is a little steep for the price. The blueberry hibiscus tea ($4) was a refreshing drink served on a mug. If you enjoy the combination of white tea leaves, rose hips, natural blueberry, and hibiscus then this tea is for you. I also ordered an almond cake slice ($6) but to go. The almond cake is a light and tasty cake with sliced/shaved almonds on top. SERVICE -- Friendly. Me and one of the shorter female employee had a nice laugh when I went down later in the day to order an almond cake. They started getting busy when I arrived after 10am on a weekday but I was able to walk right up to the front counter to order. The buzzer handed to me buzzed probably within 15-20 mins and I went down to get my order. I believe the tea that I ordered was ready first. Overall, I'll definitely be back. Prices are higher than a traditional cafe. The plus is that there is free wifi so it's a perfect spot to work on your laptop. The tables are big and the chairs are comfortable. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 99/250 total reviews in 2026 - 940 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026

There is also the main area (center part where you order) that has tables and chairs which is situated when you first walk in and then there is a back area towards the left that can be used as well. So, there are 2 back sections. DRINKS -- They sell matcha, tea, and coffee. I ordered a cup of Storehouse black tea with honey ($4 price, I think). I think the employee added too much honey in my tea because my stomach started hurting a little so I couldn't finish it but that's okay. I later got a mug of warm water which helped soothe my stomach. The cup of tea though is quite expensive but I like to support local businesses (Storehouse Tea is a Cleveland business). FOOD -- I also ordered a Rosemary bagel ($4) with a side of butter (.50 cents). The Rosemary bagel was delicious which isn't surprising because the owners make their own bagels. If you work remote then this coffee shop is for you as they have free wifi and plenty of tables to use. They have lots of chairs and tables laid out in three different sections. The music isn't as loud like most coffee shops in the area so I appreciated that. The back area towards the right only has 2 outlets available but thankfully, I got one to use. If you come with a laptop, make sure your battery is charged or find another seat where there is an outlet. TIP -- They sell packaged coffee to go, some packaged biscuit mix, and cute notebooks.

The cafe is larger than expected. Spans far back where they have a tv set up, carom board game, and an area with a number of board games you can play while you dine. They have a large variety of drinks ranging from chai, lattes, boba, spritzers, mocktails, and plenty of desserts. The staff didn't seem too informed about the menu items or drinks, which was a bit disappointing. I relied on some online reviews to decide on my order. The saffron karak chai was very good and comes out piping hot. I would prefer if they served this in an actual mug (rather than paper cup) especially if dining in. It was filled to the brim and spilled, not to mention putting a steaming hot drink in a paper cup. Nonetheless, the chair was good. More folks eventually started to come in so I can imagine this place gets noisy as it fills up. There was a women's group meeting all sitting in a circle on the floor in the front of the cafe. Perhaps they host group events? Not sure if there were any vegan options or egg free desserts, but check out the chai.

I can confidently say this is one of the best "Biscuit & Gravy" dishes I've ever had!! I loved how…read morethe restaurant creates a tower with cheesy scrambled eggs (enough where you can see the cheese pull with every scoop) as the foundation, followed by a fluffy biscuit to top it off. The dish is drenched with their delicious and creamy gravy, which complimented very well with the spinach, mushroom, and turkey sausage chunks (extra). This is a huge portion and can easily be shared by two people! As for my sweet craving, I ordered a side of their Kid's Spelt Pancake (essentially a smaller version of the entree size), and the pancakes were made perfectly! The pancakes were fluffy, layered with small apple chunks for a nice, crispy crunch, and topped with a homemade whipped cream -- I could literally eat their whipped cream for days! It was super creamy with a light sweet aftertaste. If you're looking for a dangerous savory sweet combination, look no further!! The service was quick and the staff were incredibly kind. Too bad I was only visiting or else this would be a staple in my brunch routine.
