My nail artist, Allyssa, is very good at her job. She not only listens to what I ask for, but she gets the shape and the length perfect. I've only had one design by her so far, but I'm looking forward to having her work on some other nail designs for me. I also had the pedicure. The pedicure is a water free pedicure, which at first worried me because my feet are pretty dry. But the outcome was very good! I found that my feet felt better doing it this way than having my feet soaking water first. Definitely coming back for a pedicure again as well.

I would not recommend going here for a pedicure unless you are getting gel nails (usually turn out fine with minor flaws) but I opted for regular polish this time and it was like no one had taught this person how to paint nails. three coats of thick, uneven paint gooped onto my toes. there was maybe three minutes of dry time before she put the too coat on, creating an even more messy look. she then shooed me out of the chair without any dry time, and before I'd even left the store the nails looked like crap. Aside from the absolute garbage paint job, the leg massages feel like someone sanding your leg up and down non-stop- there's no actual massage technique. if it weren't for the massage chair i wouldn't consider it "massage included". I am now on my way to buy my own nail polish after spending $50 on an absolute TRASH pedicure. 0/10 won't go back. I wish I could put pictures in this review.

We had to go back to utah today to run some errands before we go on our trip. They offered to fix them and finally got a time to get her in. However they proceeded to tell us they would fix the shape and the paint but not the art because the design came from an ai generated picture. Now why they wouldn't tell her that yesterday is beyond me. She is a lot nicer and was just going to go to one of my places to get them fixed. I wish I knew the name of the tech but I do not. The tech should be ashamed of these nails and should have said hey I don't think I can do this and found ana alternative. I have been getting my nails done for a really long time and they have never looked this bad. All the pictures I have seen from this place reflect the same thing not good art or nails think twice before you go here. They were also very expensive she tipped 30 for the bad nails. They refused to refund and would not fix the nail art.

Upon entry, I was warmly greeted by two hosts, provided slippers and a robe, and guided to sit in the pedicure room. The host gave me a glass of ice water, a heating pad for my neck, and the option of aromatherapy oils. My nail tech, Taylor was intuitive and friendly, sparking conversation in appropriate times while also allowing silence and relaxation. She took her time to ensure my pedicure was how I liked it, and didn't rush the process whatsoever. The only thing I didn't love was the chairs don't recline or massage, but the atmosphere and ambient music made up for this! They also have a sauna that you can end your visit in as a cherry on top.
