We were so happy to rediscover it through DoorDash delivery! We got 2 delicious ramen dishes. My husband ordered the pork with wide noodles and we both really enjoyed it! The flavor was bright, and spicy and the textures of the potatoes and veggies was so enjoyable. I got the brisket which was also delicious, but the pork was pretty special. We tried a few appetizers - edamame, garlicky spicy cucumbers with sesame and chicken wings which were delicious. We also got the buns and did not care for them - which I had forgotten we must have ordered the same before once I saw them. Does not affect the 5 star score - the ramens and other appetizers were 10/10. Can't wait to try more! I love that you can order different widths of noodles from capillary super thin - extra wide and 6 different options in between! They also have rice noodle dishes. Amazing menu + ramen!

The service is pretty good although could be a little more attentive. We found it a bit difficult to catch the waiter/waitress's attention when we needed to ask for a container to take home our leftovers on both occasions we visited. The food is absolutely delicious. It's similar fare to other 'noodle houses' we often go to, but instead of the side dishes being 'on the side' here, they're already in the soup when you get it. We have no problem with that as we always use all of the side dishes anyway. The broth here is always really delicious. We've tried the original broth, spicy and pickled. All are very good. We have only tried the rice noodles, not the ramen or hand-pulled. But we would highly recommend all the rice noodle dishes. The soups are really packed with veggies, noodles and lots of 'add ins' so it makes for an inexpensive, delicious meal. We will definitely keep coming back!

A classic spot in Hamilton for a quick lunch or to warm you up on a chilly winter's day. I'm a sucker for their creamy tomato with tortellini soup (I know, so basic), but their cream of mushroom & peanut chicken soups are also sooo good! Soups rotate every so often, and they have some of the most unique, ethnic soups I've ever seen, so it's great for the adventurous foodie. Pair with a half/full sandwich or side salad if you're looking for something to fill you up! Service is friendly & quick, but seating is limited.

I settled on the lemon chicken with quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes, corn, and spicy mayo sauce. The portion size itself was a bit small, and without the spicy mayo, the chicken was dry. I got the rouge bowl with two flavours (bbq and shisha garlic). Base: half lettuce, half brown rice Sauce: spicy mayo & cilantro lime. Splurged a bit and added guacamole. Toppings: tzatziki type sauce, cheese, cucumber, fried onion, raw onion, peppers, corn. It's a simple menu but they nail it. Best thing in Erin mill's food court and I wish they had more locations in Toronto! So far they seem to be only in malls. Even if you're not as hungry, it's better to get the large than small. Bonus point: they have high chair unlike one of the other locations I went to. The food came out really quickly which was perfect as we were all starving. Noodle was cooked to perfection and the soup had a nice flavour. This is a great meal for a rainy day. The only problem we had was the menu price for extra noodle was not matching the charged price. Apparently the menu had not been updated. It was minor, just a dollar difference so we didn't make a big fuss about it. I wish they would have honoured the menu price though.

The restaurant is clean and modern. I would say the service is a bit slow. They are extremely busy taking orders via takeout and uber eats that they neglect the people dining in. There are 2 people running around and they looked extremely stressed. I took out one star for the service. However food wise it's top notch! I came upon Gol's in Waterloo and it was so good. Happy to say the food is just as fantastic at this new location. We shared this giant bowl of noodle soup which is only $1 more going from a small to large. It's huge and you and you should share it with someone and get some bbq items too. You can choose from the thickness of the homemade hand pull noodles. The noodles are made in house! The bbq items are so amazing!! It's flavoured with the northern china spices. I loved all the items. My fav are the lamb skewers and squid! Will definitely come back!

Our waitress seated us quickly with menus and water. Another waitress came to explain the cakes to us. We got - Ice Cow: shaken chocolate milk with whip cream. This was ok but I'd definitely try and go for other drinks when I come back - Chai Latte: this is a must. The drink comes in a cute little pot, a cup sugar rimmed, & a strainer. This was amazing. 100% better than the ones you'd get at Starbucks. Salted Caramel Cake: has a meringue feel. The crunchiness added to the overall texture and flavour of the cake. Rocky Road??? It was the a little too overwhelming for me. The cake was a little too dense and it was too sweet. Would be great with somebody with a sweet tooth that loves chocolate though.
